What is happening with the car washing machine, it has been 4 consecutive days, without rain, that I go and it is not open and it is early, 5pm ....., Mr. manager, can you tell me what is happening?

Workers have gotten lazy and some parts of the wash have been broken for months now. I only use it because it's convenient. If I had any other option that was remotely easy I would use that instead.
