Person who helped me was awesome and informative. She helped me save some money and order my sneakers that they didn't have in stock online and shipped to my house and I even got the sale price for the other ones that I bought there. They are comfortable and just what I needed for work.

Went in with the intentions of buying a pair of shoes for my elder grandfather and I unfortunately was “helped” by the store managed Ribah. She was extremely rude and unprofessional but I’m seeing it’s a common trend in these reviews, I wish I would’ve checked before coming and wasting my time. Someone like her shouldn’t be manager, the least she could be is polite but not even that.

I went into Skechers today just to browse. I was greeted almost immediately by a young lady. I walked out today with four pairs of shoes. Ribah told me all about the different kinds and was so patient with me. I will be telling all my friends about this location and the wonderful help I received today from her.

I wouldn’t recommend going to the Freeport location the female store manager I believe her name is ribah , very rude and unprofessional rather take the drive to another location that knows how to treat its customers !

Worst customer service ever. They didn't even acknowledge our presence. I'm pregnant and looking desperately for comfortable shoes, and they didn't even attempt to offer some help. Spent so much time there trying to find wide shoes and arch supporting ones in that store. Never again..

I went to the Freeport Skechers store to exchange a pair of sneakers which were ordered online. The sales person on the floor, and manager were very helpful and exhibited excellent customer service.

I have try to resolve my problem with my sneakers for over a week 1/2 withCustomers service and no one have reach out to me with a call... They keep sending me the same e-mail with no resolution!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so, no one assisted me when I needed help, the 2 ladies stood at the registers laughing on their phones then had attitudes when I approached them for help. Never going back to this location ever again!!!!

Obviously the worst place, nobody answers the phone when you call them then when i go to the location the managers are never there and rude, one named ribah , was so rude and unprofessional with me I will never come back to this location
