I had a small chip in my windshield that needed to be repaired. Unfortunately, Safelite ended up cracking my windshield and now it needs to be replaced entirely. Granted, they warned me it was a risk, but I’ve used them many times over the past decade without issues.
I opted NOT to have Safelite handle my windshield replacement. I don’t have faith in their technicians to do a proper job.
Finally, I was quoted $500 in labor for a calibration service. In speaking with an OEM technician, I learned this is only a 15-20 minute process. It is disappointing to see Safelite try and extort unknowing customers by charging $1,500+/hour in labor for this calibration service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I brought my car in for a small I mean smaller than a dime ding. In the process they cracked my entire windshield and told me it wasn't their responsibility. Go to your small business glass shop. Now I had to pay my insurance deductible for the new windshield they need to install.

This place was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. They replaced my broken windshield with an after market product that made my dashboard flash that my lane keep assist and other safety features weren’t working. They said that the original glass wasn’t available and that it was back ordered until “anywhere from now and doomsday”. My car now can not pass inspection and I get an inspection ticket once a week. They are unsympathetic and unapologetic. This Place is an asbolute joke.

My passenger window was shattered by a landscaper on Wednesday May 1st I spoke with Safelite they told me I had an appointment two days later, Fri. May 3. Then I got a phone call that said my window will not be in for 23 days. I called them and they said that's wrong it'll be 2 to 3 days. So when I called today, May 7th, and asked about my glass they said my "aftermarket"glass will not be in for 23 days and whoever I spoke to that said two to three days was incorrect. Was I supposed to be driving around for over 3 weeks with a shattered window? How completely incompetent clearly their advertisements lie. Thanks to small business, P & A autoglass, they will have Kia glass in on Thursday which is 2 days. Big companies not always better!

My windshield cracked and it needed to be replaced and safelite came the next day to fix it. Since I work they came right to my job and fixed it within an hour or 2. Johnathan was my tech and I got text updates during the whole process. If I ever need a quick fix or new windshield again I know who to call.

These guys are great. Jerry and his team worked with me to problem solve whether a leak was coming from the sunroof or my windshield. We all thought it was the sunroof but ultimately it was the windshield due to some rust issues. Problem solved.

Great service from the time I submitted my claim to when the technician arrived- and completed the work within 1hr. Just to provide an example of exemplary customer service treatment - the technician was kind enough to wait as I brought my son down the road to day care and back before starting the job. His 3min of patience saved me from spending in additional travel expenses or even having to walk in the cold weather conditions with my 2year old. Thank you safelight!
