Nikki the phlebotomist actually made a potentially nerve wracking experience very easy.. Her caring manner and personable demeanor was so outstanding while she talked me through every diagnostic test and eased my anxiety.. A truly efficient and professional caretaker.

I am writing this review regarding my mother who went to get blood yesterday. The technician that took her blood did not do it correctly. The site were the blood was taken was hurting and now it has bruised.

The technician in room 3 (Nicki) was patient and skilled, doing an excellent job collecting lots of blood from me with very minimal pain, as I was very anxious throughout the process. (Needle fears.) Also, great camaraderie amongst colleagues on dsplay, as another kind tech with the brightly colorful hair lent a hand to assist, double checking my involved order, pitching in when asked for support from her co-worker. Their time and hard work is much appreciated.

If I could give Quest Zero stars I would. Do not come to this “lab”. You will waste your time to only be frustrated. They sit around and do nothing while the waiting room is packed. No one at the window if you have questions you have to yell for help. Do yourself the favor & use another corporation like Sunrise Lab, they are amazing. A little bit of a drive but You’re in & out every time.

I am seven months pregnant awaiting my 3 hour glucose challenge test this past Saturday. I took the first available appointment offered at 8am and arrived an hour early in hopes that maybe to have my blood drawn an hour early to get the 3 hour test started. I knew there was a chance that wouldn’t be possible. Here is my issue, I was not called until past 8:30am and was sitting there with my name cued up on the television for an hour and a half. When my name was not called ten minutes past my appointment time I questioned one of the employees here about my being seen. I explained I was here for a very time sensitive 3 hour blood test, while fasting and anemic. She was rude and told me to have a seat, she said she doesn’t control the computer all she does is press next and it calls the next patients name. She then said I would be called next. Which was completely false, she called 3 people after that before calling me. She did not even call me by my name, a harsh " MAM " is all I got from her when she was calling me to come in at 8:35am.
I had a terrible experience and was turned away because I was told she didn’t have the script on file. It is Now Monday morning and I confirmed with my OBGYN that the script was in fact sent over, as per their documentation. The phlebotomist I dealt with on Saturday is Pamela. I now have the hard copy RX emailed to me so that any issues are avoided at my rescheduled upcoming appointment. Rude, and inexcusable behavior.

My appointment was for 1:20 and I wasn’t called in until 1:45. When the tech calls me he tells me to have a seat and then proceeds to open a package and doesn’t even bother to wash his hands after. He sits down by the computer doesn’t speak to me, takes him 15 minutes to bill me for a different visit plus the same day visit. At this point it was 2pm, I was upset for the long wait. I had to ask him when was he going to draw my blood because it was past my lunch break. He caught an attitude and told me he was doing it now. Something that could have been done quickly bcs I had an appointment set up. This is not the first time things like this happen in this location. It is always extremely packed, no communication from anyone inside coming out to let anyone know about delays. The reason I come here because it is closest to my work place and easier for me but I will not be going there anymore and will be looking for a different company all together. They need to do better especially if you make an appointment. Communication with people waiting outside should be done.

Great! The young woman with the long braids was super kind and personable-- she made the process less unnerving and I was in and out of there!!

I was there two times, Saturday and yesterday. On Saturday, I had the most nastiness individual who was obnoxious and disrespectful. I am going through a lot and I did not need that extra stress.

Clean, great customer service and I was able to get seen as a walk in. I wish the company would have a representative to speak with on the phone.

Worse experience, if I could rate this a 0 I would. Went in for simple blood work, was told I was dehydrated even though I drank water. Was poked several times, and was not provided any information about rescheduling. They were extremely rude, cold, and unempathetic. I have worked customer service for over 20 years and this is not how you treat people period. If you are coming to this place for bloodwork , be prepared to be treated poorly and leave with bruised arms. Staff lack empathy for patients & are unprofessional. They need to hire professional healthcare workers who actually know what they’re doing.

Came with an appointment once and they had me wait 20 mins. The next time I came I was 10 minutes late because of an accident on the parkway and I waited over an hour to be seen. How is that even fair ?? The girl was so rude when I was trying to ask her a question. Worst place

I was a walk in....and got there about 2:15pm...at about 2:40 someone comes out and tells another person that aren't taking any walking after 2:30pm so I didn't pay much attention to it...then the lady comes out 5min later and says "sir you didn't hear me, no walk ins after after 2:30 ...I told her I checked in at 2:15 she said no you didn't u checked in at 2:35 with a really bad attitude ...I didn't bother to argue with her I just left...the place is lousy

Highly unorganized. Can't handle low volume of patients without getting backed up. Don't come here unless you want to wait for multiple hours for a simple urine test.
