Recently, I had my 40,000-mile service and some inspections for my car done at Porsche South Shore, and I am beyond impressed with the entire process! I want to give a special shoutout to my service advisor, Aaron Geiger, for his professionalism and attention to detail.
From addressing the fuel tank issue to discussing the timing for spark plug replacement, Aaron explained every step thoroughly and offered practical recommendations. He even arranged a complimentary loaner car and provided an additional multi-point inspection to ensure my car was in top condition. The whole experience was transparent, efficient, and put my mind at ease.
Huge thanks to Aaron and the Porsche South Shore team for their exceptional customer care and top-notch service! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of maintenance or repairs! ?

Customer service was great when my car broke down and I had to spend 3k to get it back on the road. Discovered an airbag light that was a previous recall, the dealer said they would try to cover it since I just dropped 3k with them. Said they would let me know, that was in the beginning of august. Every time i call to check on the status, they hang up or tell me the advisor is busy. I’ve left 7-8 messages trying to get a call back but no luck. Seems like unless you are spending a lot of money they aren’t willing to keep the same customer service as when you are spending. Won’t be returning to this dealer.

I had an excellent experience at Porsche South Shore with Vincent. We went to simply view the car and take a test drive, but ended up leaving with a brand new Porsche and could not be happier with it. Vincent was very professional and very helpful throughout the entire process.

The service no good no communication I bring my car for service. They took Pictures My car was in good condition. They said to me in my face. your car is old they ruined The roof and the door inside Bad service very expensive.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful all of my experiences with South Shore Porsche have been. The service department has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything always goes smoothly anytime my car has been serviced. From the minute, the car is dropped off until it is either delivered back to me (or I pick it up) I know it has received the best of care. The friendly staff is always willing to rectify any and all issues that could have possibly arise.
The sales team has always been accommodating whenever I have interacted with them.
When I am finally able to part with my Macan for a newer model, I most definitely will buy it from South Shore Porsche! Thank you Gloria, Aaron,Joe and everyone else that have made owning a Porsche -a dream come true!
