So i came in for a tune up/brakes mind you after the job i checked prices with other local shops and realized i was ripped off by about $300 then when i drove the car all of a sudden i have a rough idle and on top of that 2 days later my transmission cooler lines go bad and leaked 3 quarts of transmission fluid in my jobs parking lot within a matter of 4 hours of being at work..im not sure what happened but it seems like foul play if u ask me!!Services: Auto engine tuning

Went to this shop asking if they could install downpipes and exhaust for me. I had all over the parts, that came off a car that was exactly the same model. The install would be bolt to bolt. He assured me that they could do the job. Several hours later, he call saying that I have the wrong parts, and there was no way it came off the same car. I assured him it did, and explained how the parts had to be installed, but he didn't want to listen or understand. After all that I went to pick up the car and my parts and he demanded to be paid for a job he took on and couldn't complete. On top of that Alex, curbed my rims and wouldn't take responsibility for it. They were brand new and i had them powdered coated two days before bringing the car to the shop. He denied everything, and still demanded to be paid. I told him there was no way I was going to pay him for a job he took and then couldn't even do, plus damaging my car. Personally I believe a 1-Star rating is too good for this place. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. They take on jobs they can't perform, and don't respect the customer enough to acknowledge if they damage your car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "SHOP"

Called in to ask a question and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. Won't be doing any business with them just based on that. Next time treat your potential customers with respect.
