Walked in the store and the first thing I saw was this chair that I’ve been, literally, dreaming of! I couldn’t resist and I had to purchase it along with other furniture! The store staff is very friendly and helpful! I ended up getting way more than this! Their customer service and quality of furniture is A1!!!

I highly recommend NY Furniture Direct for all your furniture needs. I visited the store in person to choose a sectional with ottoman as well as two matching end tables for my living room. Sharon was extremely generous with his time and his guidance throughout the entire process. He even was present during the delivery and setup to ensure everything went smoothly! I am very happy with my new living room and very grateful I found such a quality and reliable business for my home!

As a property manager , finding the right furniture supplier for my rentals has always been a challenge .. after shopping around for months, I finally found NY Furniture Direct who exceeded my expectations ! Sharone was so patient and helped me choose all the right pieces based on my budget for each unit , and the delivery was super quick, and professional. I am so happy i Found them . I ordered a very expensive dining room table set it took six weeks to be delivered and when it was delivered the wrong chairs were sent . After spending several hrs on the phone there resolution was for me to have 300 dollars off and to just use the chairs that was sent . Which is unacceptable.i am still waiting on the correct chairs to be delivered no tracking information and no direct answer from any one that knows what they are doing

This company is amazing! First off my dream cloud huge couch is perfect!!!!!!!! Came so quickly, they dropped off 2 pieces and then Sean/Shawn himself brought the other piece in his SUV at 9pm from Long Island to Manhattan! Also during the shopping process he worked with me and facetimed me to show me diff options etc. Def recommend and def will use again!

So I ordered a couch on Wayfair a month and half ago and was suppose to get it last week and for some reason one day before shipping they called me it’s only going to come December !!!!!! Long story short i got referred to Sharon from NY furniture he got me the couch I wanted in less than 4 days !!! And it’s perfect ! Amazing service and phenomenal experience would definitely recommend them

I purchased a sectional from NY Furniture Direct online and am thrilled with it! The owner was patient and very helpful. He not only price-matched, but he did MUCH better! It was delivered just a week later, and the delivery guys did a fantastic job! I highly recommend NY Furniture Direct!

I’ve never experienced better assistance with my furniture. The amount of support and help I received for purchasing the best bed for my family. We have the same bed for over 4 years and it’s still amazing. Would definitely recommend this place!! The customer service is number 1!!!!
