Just got my first car at mini freeport. Henry Liu is very patient and knowledgeable dealer that I met. When I was going to mini Freeport, I got text message from him about my appointment and questions before I came.When we got there, Henry let us take a test drive. He didn’t push a sale, and explain and compare vehicles to me. After I decided my car and came to pick it up, he explained patiently every detail about my car that I felt so excited to meet with my first car in my life.
Henry is a great salesman who does good job in car sales. Highly recommended

Henry Liu has been exceptional in the entire process - he is patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and with attention to details. The entire process is transparent and the pricing is competitive. Unlike some dealers who try their best to hide the history of the car and pricing from the customer, Henry is very forefront and transparent and told me everything he knows about the car, which is excellent. Henry is also very accommodating to my questions and not trying to make a quick sale or being pushy for add-on's or trying to upsell something; rather, the sale process was conducted at my own pace (i.e., the way the customer prefers or feels comfortable with). He also made the test-drive process easy and seamless.
The dealership is also forefront about their fees, which are on the low end and very reasonable compared to many other dealerships I've dealt with in the past, and no hidden fees of any kind. The entire process was quick and seamless - from when Henry first responded to my initial inquiries online to when I drove the car off the lot it took less than 4 days. The car is a 2021 CPO car with very very low miles, nicely optioned, and a rare 6-speed manual. It had everything I was looking for. It was a lease return with the first owner/lessor originally leasing the car from the same dealership so they have been servicing this car for the entire time and know all the history of the car.
Henry is the best car sales person I have ever dealt with and if that's what you are looking for then you have my recommendation and know where to go.

The level of service has significantly improved since then.I'd like to personally thank the general manager Mr. Sam Hilas for his flexible approach to his customers.
