Milro was exceptional from start to finish! They helped my family recover from a basement flood. They could not have been more responsive, professional, kind and meticulous.
Their communication from every level was beyond expectation. We truly felt at ease that they were advocating for our demo and repairs to be done a quickly and thoroughly as possible.
The demo was completed within one day and with no mess left behind.
Drywall and painting was beautifully done with no trace left of the removed damage.
Flooring was expertly installed with fantastic attention to detail.
Every person we met was great.
The quality of work was outstanding. Not to mention the impressive clean up by the teams through every step of the process. All that was left for us to do was put our furniture and belongings in place to make the space our home again.

I highly recommend Milro Services , I had my central air unit in my attic leak. My whole ceiling had to be replace do to the water damage. I was so pleased with the service I received from the office staff to the construction workers. They went above and beyond to make this issue stress free and easy. It was a pleasure working with Milro.

During a water emergency in my home, Milro went above and beyond; I had already been nervous about moisture & mold in my living space and had been dismissed by other services. Once I placed the phone call, Courtney and the management at Milro arrived ASAP. After taking a closer look, they immediately validated and confirmed my concerns with compassion and precision. Each team member that entered was more encouraging than the next. My home was left spotless and polished! I can’t thank Milro enough for making me and my family feel safe in our home. Milro was great from the initial consultation all the way through the installation of our new bathroom. Courtney was a wonderful project manager and quick and responsive with questions. Employees were punctual, enthusiastic, clean, safe, respectful, and welcomed any and all questions of concerns we had throughout the entire process. We had a wonderful experience. I recommend Milro services to anyone and my family plans to use them again.

ARRIVED SO FAST!!!
We had a sewage backup in our basement bathroom and needed the damage to be assessed/see what the next steps were to fix it. We called Milro & not only were they super understanding and professional over the phone, but they also showed up at our house within a half hour after the call!!! The worker was very knowledgable and explained in detail the damages he saw and all the different options of how to proceed forward. Milro exceeded our expectations all around, especially in arriving so quickly during a stressful situation

We had a leaking oil tank replaced by Milro. They took every precaution to switch out the tank without any issues. They made sure to cover the carpet, the stairs, and the basement floor to protect from any oil leaks or damage when they took out the old tank. They were clean, quick, and very professional. The oil smell was limited. I would not have known they were in my basement other than seeing the new tank.
Customer Service was very good. The consultant who came to our house was very knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience.

I can’t say enough AMAZING things about MILRO! My family experienced a burst pipe that started in our upstairs bathroom, and destroyed the ceiling in our dining room. What a disaster! We had no ceiling, and our carpeting had to be replaced, along with so many personal belongings that were ruined! I was only visiting at the time this had occurred, since I live out-of-state. My 85 year-old mother had to deal with this mess! Kevin immediately called and set up an appointment! He was so kind! He and his team started work very quickly, and did an OUTSTANDING job! All of the workers were respectful, professional, clean, and extremely kind to my mother, and Kevin went above and beyond, by helping my mom when she had trouble with other things, like her TV set! If you need work done on your house, Milro should be your first call! I am so grateful for their hard work and kindness! Our house is now going to be ready to sell!
