During Christmas time they let people just walk out the store with over 25 coats and did absolutely nothing about it. When I walked in the store to let them know it was happening, Nobody seemed to care. I recently shopped online purchased the few swimsuits they were all on sale, I go in the store and see that they were even lower in cost. I asked if I could have a price adjustment because I paid on average between five and $10 for each swimsuit more than the cost in the store manager told me that I can do it, but did not have swimsuits with me day. Upon my return to the store to get the price adjustment, I was told that they cannot help me. I asked If I were to return the swimsuit, would it be the same price online ? They said they would market down to the store. I should have returned them all and then just purchased them again again after they But my thing is why do I even have to do that if you’re able to do that to put them back on the shelves? Why can’t you do it for a customer? I asked to speak with the regional Ms. Medina and of course I never received a phone call back. it seems like nobody cares about their customers And the lack of customer service shows. I will never shop with Marshalls online It was a horrible shopping experience probably the worst one I’ve ever had and I do a lot of shopping online. I also dont Feel safe in this location.

Purchased baby clothes and washed them so my baby could wear them. They shrunk to about half the size after following the proper care instructions. Rather than accept the returns, Marshalls refused the items stating it was a "new" return policy. The manager pulled a piece of paper from under the counter trying to state that it was a new policy effective this past March. I read the return policy that they actually had posted on my way out and I absolutely should have been able to return these items based on the return policy visibly posted behind the counter and not hidden underneath their counter. Won't be shopping here ever again based on the fact that I can't wash clothes before wearing them and not expect them to shrink and not be wearable. Not to mention you can't even walk down these isles because the store is so crowded and the floor is covered with items.

Very old-school type of sit down restaurant. I grew up during the 60s and 70s. This restaurant has that feel. Egg rolls were old-school with that roast pork flavor. Everything about it brought me home, with mom and dad.

Nice location in an outdoor mall. Plenty of parking. Near, clean, well lighted store. Typical Marshall’s inventory, but not the typical Marshall’s mess. Shelves were fully stocked and mostly in decent condition. Checkout was quick and efficient, which was also a surprise. Bathrooms located in the rear right of the store. Did not notice more than one employee on the floor, which was poorly planned.
