TERRIBLE SERVICE! Every year there is something wrong with my vehicle although it was “brand new” from this dealer. The wheel bearing went out the first few months of me owning the vehicle & AGAIN the second year. Both times they had my car for over a month for a WHEEL BEARING. The service department gave me such a difficult time to give me a loaner car every time there’s something wrong with the faulty car the sold me. My car is back at Land Rover once again this year because the key magically became deactivated and the battery for the car died leaving me stranded. My vehicle had to be towed in, and I was not offered an Uber/lyft although that’s what’s advertised when you call. Do NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE!!! There’s absolutely nothing luxury about this dealer

This was my second F-type R Jaguar coupe leased at Freeport,which,l supposed should have made me a good customer. AWD failed on my second F-type after just several months, and a few thousand miles. Whether this was a factory assembly error,or poor maintenance at JLR Freeport,it's a moot point. It shouldn't have happened. l made a service appointment; the mechanic who test drove the car knew something was wrong. When we drove back to the dealership, Mr. Landau, Service Manager, said, and l quote;"...COME BACK SOME OTHER TIME..." Well that other time was never. Jaguar Land Rover Southampton did a beautiful job.

The service manager as well as the receptionist were rude and racist towards me, I wouldn't recommend buying or servicing your vehicles here they pulled then Ave card with me while requesting a loaner vehicle so I can have my breaks done. They lack professionalism and moral.

I had a great experience purchasing my Range Rover at Land Rover Freeport last year! The car is exactly what I wanted, black with black and red seats, and the process was smooth. Alex Q is very patient and knowledgeable about each car in their inventory, and is a genuine, good guy. He gave me a nice long test drive to see how I like the car and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied! Geoffrey in finance was great as well, low pressure, full transparency, no bs and just simply a big help in finalizing the paperwork to take home my Range Rover. The service department is great too! The loaner cars are clean and are typically quickly available for customers. Sam H is my service advisor and he is extremely knowledgeable, and takes as much time as needed to explain the issue with your vehicle, how it can be fixed, and about how long it will take. I always receive lots of call and text updates from Sam as well. Just the other day my backup camera wouldn't appear on the screen, I stopped by the dealership without an appointment and they quickly jumped in my car and fixed it in 15 mins! I have dealt with a number of luxury car dealerships in the past, and had mostly positive experiences, but Jaguar/Land Rover Freeport definitely takes the cake. A HUGE thanks to Alex Q and Geoffrey M for a pleasant experience in buying my Range Rover, and a HUGE thanks to Sam H for making my vehicle service easy! If you are considering a Land Rover or Jaguar, I strongly recommend Jaguar/Land Rover Of Freeport.

Land rover Freeport tries very hard to please their customers. Its rare that they do not attempt to remedy anything wrong. Most of the associates are friendly. It just takes a while to secure an appointment especially if you wish to obtain a loaner. My vehicle was ready in about 3 days although I'm not completely happy about my wheel alignment. I am waiting for a response now so stay tuned!So I was called by Mrs Donna and took the vehicle for the check of the alignment. Unfortunately this visit. Cost me more than the service. I had 900 dollars in cash that apparently fell out of my pocket in between the seats. I realized and immediately ran to the vehicle which was still in the bay. I looked and found 100 dollars (5 20's) and reported it to the adviser (Sam). That fast the 8 100 dollar bills were gone. So a word to the wise. If you take your vehicle check twice as your valuables can disappear. I sent an email, but haven't heard from anyone. In this climate for people to take what doesn't belong to them is so unfortunate.

Was about to put a down payment on my car when miraculously someone was willing to put 5k more on the vehicle that's been on the lot for a few weeks already. The salesman text me to put the down payment on credit card and I told him that as soon as I left my office I would call to make the payment. He has the fall to tell me someone just offered 5k more. Such criminals. Please be aware that I went last week for the same car and he told me it was sold already. This is after he told me to come in for the car because he had a better deal for me. I get there and he tried selling me a different vehicle. He text me this afternoon a week later that the deal didn't go through. Yeah right. It was never going through in the first place. Thanks for nothing Land Rover of Freeport. I won't say the salesman's name because at least I have a conscience.

These are the worst service coordinators in NY area. Not only did they attack me ti incorrectly say that my pre certified car was not covered for repairs without looking up the car, but the service coordinator who states she's been there for 25 years is a liar. The dealership is not that old. Life's too short. Go to another Landrover dealer on Long Island. These guys are horrible to work with.

update: I'm adjusting my review as once the manager became aware of the issue after seeing my feedback yesterday it was quickly escalated and the work on my car was completed same day and they were nice enough to wash it and drop it off at my home. ========== I made an appointment to take my car in on Friday June 3rd for a factory recall related to the gas tank and was told that my car would be ready on Monday June 6th. I called back on June 6th and was told that they have not had a chance to work on my car yet. I called back on June 7th and was told that they are still very busy and won't be able to work on my car until June 8th and it will take 2 days of work so it won't be ready until Friday June 10th. On the recall letter from the manufacturer it states that it only takes 2 hours to perform the work for the recall and not the 2 days of work the branch is claiming. No loaner car was provided so I am without a car for one whole week and not even sure if it will be ready by then. Extremely poor customer service and complete lack of honesty.
