I just went to the store for the first time a few days ago I like to deal with merchants close to my home and explained my situation. I had a previous jeweler that I went to for over 30 years unfortunately, she went out of business My dealings in one day have convinced me that this will be my new jewelry store and hopefully for a long time.

My friend recommended Zarnoch Jewelers after my regular jeweler in NYC closed due to COVID;I am appreciative & happy, they were recommended to me. I have taken numerous pieces of jewelry & my watches to be repaired or adjusted. I even purchased costume jewelry & have them created for me in either white or yellow gold.I highly recommend them, Martha & Steve are the nicest & most trusted jewelers. They never push you to buy, only give their honest opinions, even if it means losing a sale!

I brought in a pendant for an adjustment (it didn’t fit on a new chain I bought). When I went in to pick up the price they went over the bill explaining that they “fixed” the chain…a brand new chain that was not broken. They tried to charge me for it too.They didn’t call or ask me-they just took it upon themselves to “repair” an item that was not broken and tried to make me pay for it. And didn’t apologize either.I will NEVER again set foot in this dishonest and devious shop.

I was skeptical to bring my mother's bracelet to just any jewler, after I walked in and was welcomed by such a bright sole of the woman and man behind the counter, my conscious leed me to test this craftsman's work., they quoted me a great price compared to my long time jewler and when I inspected the work under a glass it was great workmanship, plus it was super shiny clean when I picked it up at no extra charge. Very pleased and will use them again and recommend them to others.

Steve & Martha are just amazing. I asked them to make my dream wedding band come to life and they did. They customized my marquise diamond wedding band from scratch I was very particular and VERY PICKY!!! on the number of diamonds that I wanted and how big and most importantly the quality of my diamonds perfect D color diamonds and of the quality of the band etc. I asked them to match what was on the GIA certificate to my engagement ring which was a D color diamond with an F clarity. My fiancé and I were left in wow with how beautiful my custom marquise wedding band turned. I will continue to be a customer. The band is 1.89CT D color diamonds, in a Platinum band. They also give you the proper certificate/appraisal documents for you to insure it with you homeowners insurance etc.

They were able to fix my bracelet quickly and for a great price. They also have a very wide selection of jewelry. I highly recommend going here. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
