The technicians fixed my phone efficiently, quickly and made sure all aspects of my phone were running smooth, battery included. They even gave me a new temper glass to protect the screen of my phone. I am highly satisfied.

Very bad communication pricewise After they fixed my screen my phone never worked right! Stay away!!

Called before I bought a groupon, she said she would just have to take a look at my phone first. There is only some cracks on the top corner of my phone, I told her that the tempered glass was new and the cracks were my actual screen. She removes the tempered glass and puts it back on improperly. They won't accept the groupon for glass repair, and the LCD is fine but they said they will have to repair the LCD too. Now I've left with a ruined tempered glass and they miss out on business. Don't go here.

Got a Groupon here to fix my screen on my cell phone. It's in a Sprint store. The 1st time I went there, I dropped my phone off & was told to come back in an hour & 1/2. Well that was a waste of tin since they didn't have the correct glass to fix it, even though I called ahead .so I had to go back the next week. Well they were really apologetic , fixed my phone in 1/2 hour, gave me a screen protector , were Really apologetic , wore gloves so they were sterile. Offered the Groupon price to anyone u told without them getting the Groupon. NO problems with my phone since it was fixed!
