Best place I have rented my cars from. I want to give a big shout out to my 3 ladies ( NICOLE, SANDRA AVONNAH) they do a fantastic job everyday and provide a wonderful service.

I made my reservation and got reservation number, when arrived, I was told that the car I reserved doesn't exist and pushed me for another car 31 dollars more per day, that 600 dollars extra,. And then, refused to acc payment by debit card, starting that they need hour notice, but the most amazing is how Rude and unprofessional the lady at the desk was , she kept yelling, I didn't tell you this, I didn't tell you that when I was explaining to her what my reservation stated.

Fast and quick service. You will not regret taking the time to consider the Freeport location. The whole experience was very seamless and dealing with several rental car companies the team of experts at this Freeport location are the best I have ever dealt with when it comes to their customer service, knowing their products, giving you several different options, and their professionalism. I want to thank all the team members at this location, because each one helped me at some point of my decision and rental purchase.

Worst location to rent from, they told me they didn't had no car when I go and I cant make a reservation lmao, why cant I make a reservation? When I check on the website for that specific location I can make a reservation but they're too lazy at that location and very unprofessional!!!

I had a negative experience and would like to speak with the owner. My hope is this was just a misunderstanding on the part of one employee. Respectfully, I would like to have my issue addressed appropriately and professionally.
Just a follow up on the review from yesterday- the owner response posted is not from the location owner, but a central national call center (as expected). Issue was not addressed there or at the location during my follow up today.
Hertz is basically a company with archaic policies carried out by ineffectual management. The staff is working in a paradigm of disfunction, so it must be frustrating for them. The staff behavior cited in so many posts is related to poor management. Mistakes happen, but dealing with them unprofessionally is the core problem, at least at that location.
There are better options than Hertz available, which would be a better choice.

Made a reservation online, paid, confirmed the day before, and when I pulled up to the location I was told there aren’t any cars left in stock. I’m leaving for vacation so this is insane. Woman was super rude as well about it as well?!

This location, very unprofessional! I reserved a car for 10am and when i arrived they told me they had no cars available and that they will get back to me at noon. I call back at 12:45pm she picks up and hangs up, I call back she says , “they still haven’t returned a car yet bro” who is your bro? These people profiling me from the moment I walked in thinking I’m some little boy. I’m a business owner and they messed with my money today! I will definitely give a shout out to you guys on my page!

Terrible lady in there didn’t look like she wanted to even be there awful experience I had a reservation and I walked out w out a car ended up going to Hicksville much better experience unbelievable. She should get fired asap
