“Christian made our experience really good. The only bad thing is when we went to the store it was under 15 degrees outside and the thermostat within the store was locked at 61 degrees, making the store extremely cold. Something should be done about this.”
“They were very helpful, the trucks were in great shape, and they have a lot of different boxes and supplies. The U-Boxes are great for temporary storage until they are shipped down to Florida. It was a very good experience.”

“Do not try to reserve online as it seems it means nothing and it's not related to inventory at each site. Call and reserve it so they can confirm they have the vehicle. I reserved online for another location and no one called me, I called in and they told me they don't even carry that model. Also note that they only take cash for rentals which is especially odd as they use cards for holds.
Aside from that, you basically get what you pay for. As others have mentioned the vans are not well maintained. Although I didn't have a problem mechanically, the radio didn't work and the interior was rougher than a Uhaul. It shifted kind of rough and you could tell the shocks were probably at the end of their life. But for what you pay, it's not a bad experience. I rented a Micro Mover and it was exactly what I needed and I saved gas as opposed to the larger vans that you'd rent from Uhaul or Home Depot.”

“I'm a regular customer of U-Haul for work, and this is BY FAR my favorite location. The facility is kept clean and comfortable, the vans are always clean and smell good, and even the trucks are in good and clean condition. Robert, Carlos, and Khalil are top notch.”

“I stopped in to see if my vehicle tow light was working.
Both associates were extremely friendly and offered top-level customer service. One gentleman took the time to walk me through my entire car to check to see if my trailer light was receiving power. When it was not, the associate went through the owners manual and highlighted each fuse I needed to check with a mechanic.
Unfortunately, it was raining heavily when I stopped by, but that did not stop this amazing associate from helping me outside.

“This past week I had a big move and needed to rent multiple u-hauls from cargo vans all the way up to 20’ box trucks and I can’t recommend u-hauls Massapequa location enough . The manager Tom was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate all my moving needs. If you’re in the Nassau county area and are looking for a u-haul be sure to go see Tom at there Massapequa location . You won’t be disappointed.”
