Staff is extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable! They have so much in stock anytime I go there they always got it ! Really such a great spot to shop everything is priced very well also. There quick to respond with what they have in stock! Highly recommend 10/10!

Thank you for the very prompt mail order service! I dropped the woodruff-key to my water pump impeller into an unreachable part of the bilge. Never had that happen before. Shipping to Nashville, TN was only four days. I’ll be “back” as a satisfied customer!

Last time I was there was over 20 years ago when I last had a boat!! That was until just recently when I bought a new boat!! Freeport Marine hasn’t changed a bit in all this time. Same friendly service!! Although I thought I’d see Irwin behind the counter, they told me he moved to Fla!!

They like to say things are damaged and missing and not give you the full refunds. The product didnt even have a scratch on it since it was taken out to literally measure and then put right back in the box to ship back to them. If something happened in transit to them that should not be put on the customer. Terrible company. UPDATE: they tried to have us delete the review to get a full refund. Which we would of done if the company had not been dishonest in the first place. What really got us was when they said we will not get a refund till the review was deleted. Sounds a bit sketchy to me. The full refund should of been done in the first place because there was absolutely nothing wrong with product we sent back. They sent us pictures of the supposed damage and there was nothing on the product just a thin flake of card board from the box which was partially sticking up and you can see under it not an ounce of damage. Not to mention we never recieved the partial refund they said they sent in the first place and said we had to take it up with amazon, which we did and amazon said take it up with this company. We will not be removing any review until this refund is given and we have proof of it because this company is very dishonest. I have talked to them personally once then they stop replying to not only amazon but to your phone calls. Guess its time to go to BBB since we have all the messages and pictures saved.
