Super simple. I went in really early so was helped by the sole employee well was apparently a Jill of all trades. They scan the package, ask for a phone number for tracking and that's it. I believe you can also pick up there based on the FedEx signage

Man behind counter was a little rude. Was asking what I was shipping after asking for high insurance amount

Arrived there's at night after had gone to 3 other FedEx on sites and none would deliver my package at time. This one they gave me the deadline next day from 5pm was delivered 10am. A very good surprise. The lady attended me very politely and offered me their package that would make ir cheaper.
