First-time homebuyers.The homebuying process with Corey & Team was an overall good experience although we hit a roadblock towards the end due to a new program that delayed our closing, nevertheless, we appreciated the follow-ups, the time taken to explain things to us, and the way we felt at closing day. Corey Anglin’s team at Fairway was exceptional. Buying a home for the first time can be scary, especially because most first time home buyers don’t know the process of purchasing and Corey’s team made this experience nothing short of AMAZING AND COMFORTING. From the constant communication, patience, answering all of our questions, buyer friendly language in the documents, clear and concise app to show the progress and process of your purchase, cheering us on by providing support and comforting words due to this crazy market, my husband and I are so glad we were blessed with the opportunity to work with Fairway. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose them every time.

Fairway Mortgage was a delight to work with, and I'm quite hard to please. The staff is professional, competent, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and patient. They answered/returned my multiple calls and answered my numerous questions. My timeline was unique and they were understanding and worked with my desires. They turned around the approval in record time. It's a joy to work with people with such high competency, attention to detail and focus on customer service. (I almost want to buy another house. ?) Finding someone to work with us for our first house purchase was hard. We had just about given up. We came across Fairway Mortgage and put in an application, and we were connected with Dennis. Dennis is the first person to really try to work with us to buy our first house. He explained the whole process clearly since this was our first mortgage, he convinced us that he could/ would help us and he followed through on that, and he provided his contact information so that any questions or issues that we had, he was just a text message/ email/ call away. He was always quick to respond, and if he didn't have the information we needed, he was quick and thorough to get it! Our home buying process was a bit long, but that was 98% because of the seller not wanting to work with us. The rates were not awful, in our opinion, but being first time homebuyers, we didn't have much to go on other than our own research. We were also tired of getting told no at this point and throwing our money away in rent each month for years, which wasn't that much less than the mortgage payment anyways! We had a great experience and we love our new house! We will absolutely go back to Dennis for any further purchases and we highly recommend him to work with! He was the best part of our home buying experience, and the only person in the process that we felt was truly trying to help us. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable!

Dennis was awesome throughout the loan process. He was always available and prompt to respond. Took the time to run figures whenever asked. Organized, efficient, and friendly. Chris was also great to work with on our calls. I can't say enough good things about Dennis. Best Loan experience ever! Highly recommend.

our experience with Fairway was unbelievable. we were cleared for our loan a week before closing. Corey, our loan manager, was always available to answer questions. a super shout-out goes to Kristina, our loan processor. she was super responsive and on top of everything -- she made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. i highly recommend Fairway; they have a fantastic and experienced team; their customer support was exceptional. if i had to do it again, i wouldn't do this process with anyone else.
