I was at 2 locations and the pharmacy was great! Got the meds I needed for my dog wich my normal pharmacy dosent have. Rare meds. They did a great job making sure i had what i really needed. 10 years ago I wouldn't have ever gone to the cvs pharmacy. They have stepped up their game for sure!

You guys have a top tier operation going on here, don’t you? This phone system where I have to leave a message AND AM NEVER able to speak to a person directly, only for them to call back, not let it ring even once, and hang up. It happened three times. So of course then I have to go to the pharmacy in person to hopefully find some recourse. I should’ve known I’d find none when I walk up and Elizabeth’s face screams “I don’t want to be here.” She was inattentive in our interaction and lacked any motivation to provide any solution. The pharmacy manager, Freddy, if Elizabeth gave me the right name, obviously has opportunities in the development department because it’s clear there’s no training or coaching going on.

This day I went to pick up a prescription, they gave me the wrong prescription and they stole almost 30 dollars from me. I called the doctor and she told me what that prescription was. From 3 months ago and a Latin girl, I don't know her name, she is disgusting, terrible and boring, she muttered under her breath, I don't know what she said, but terrible people without patience should not be in these services or they should be educated, why does that girl have no education at all? To top it off, they made me wait 40 terrible minutes to attend.

Horrible. Just left the drive thru with CVs pharmacy and the young Hispanic female that was their was rude and nasty. She seemed like she didn't want to work there. She didn't even ask what I needed it could've been anything or multiple orders, or I may not have needed a certain item. Usually the pharmacy staff Is good but I guess today wasn't her day! Maybe she shouldn't be working there. Then I told her I needed to get something else and she had even more of an attitude. Horrible they shouldn't have staff there if they don't wang to work.

I am really disappointed this place works in the worst way I think that for a place that involves health it leaves a lot to be desired I spent two weeks waiting for a medication that was a treatment they only gave me 2 medications and there were three for the treatment always advice Ask your doctor how many medications he sends because I don't know if it's the system that here they never get everything and because of these people who don't say that they don't have the medications, at once you waste time and if it were something serious people would die I have This pharmacy serves 5 people in my family but they never have the medication and they don't tell you to look for it somewhere else. The first time they told me that the drug company was not distributing it and this time I went three times and there was a different answer and the last time The insurance didn't cover it, they have to order it because they would waste my time if they added it to me. Said from the beginning, but I had to go to the doctor's office to have them change the pharmacy. It's the worst, a total frustration.

Came here last night 10 minutes before closing to pick up some more medicine for my 8month old. Was told I couldn’t purchase it because it’s too late(9:50pm when they close at 10). I told the boy that I could use my card at self checkout so it’s not an inconvenience. He told me no I can’t buy anything-It’s too late. Had to drive to valley stream in the middle of the night to get the cold medicine for my baby.

The pharmacist is very unprofessional, rude and frustrated person. I will not recommend to anyone when that male pharmacist is working.
