I was having an issue being locked out of my phone and the young lady helped me out quickly. My energy was stressed but she did a good job talking me through it, teaching me about how my phone had a 'set up account' and successfully reset my phone.

Quick and awesome process when upgrading my phone. We will be back when we need to upgrade another family members phone.

I travel for my job and have been in many Cricket locations. I want to say this store is by far the best location I have ever walked into! The young lady behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. She had four customers come in while helping me purchase a new phone and was able to greet everyone with a smile and made us feel like we were the only customer she was helping. Its not everyday that you come across someone dealing with customers that goes the extra mile. Thank you to Cricket for the great customer service and the knowledgeable employee I encountered at this location!!!!

I called them, looking for an upgrade and they said I have to drive a half hour to them just to tell me what's available. They said they won't look it up or anything unless you're IN the store to tell you what phones are even compatible. Even though I would have driven to them anyway if they had worked with me, the customer.They try the whole "to see if it's compatible with your plan thing but please. We can all go online and you should be able to do that over the phone w/someone. It's profit motivation driven, only. Cricket, can you delist them? They are not in line with your services. Or she was incompetent and/or poorly trained and wasted my time.

Excellent sign, what I don't like is the hours of the physical stores, they are very limited, please update the hours on Google map it says they close at 8 and when you arrive at 7 they are already closed for a while
