Had a surprise birthday for my father, first issue was they wouldn’t let the boat go due to them having problems with the cards not going through due to their service. Second, the guy Mike had an attitude for everything when I was asking for certain things. Third, they charged us twice for gratuity services because the first one got “wiped out the system “ but on our end we still got charged. Fourth they never put out one of the trays of food that we paid for through them. We had contacted him and still no reply. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t ever go back to him again. We took care of him and his bartender and dj with tips, and still got treated poorly.

The days fishing trip was upsetting to some patrons, as the captain's dog wondered the boat looking for the bathroom.He eventually did #1&2 right on the deck in three different places.In addition the boat staff appeared not too enthusiastic in carrying out their chores.

Charter this boat for a party...Very disappointed. The original contract had included gratuity by the last contract the office said I had to pay more because it was not included I e-mailed original contract she said it must have gotten deleted from the computer...so I paid twice for gratuity before the trip began and they did nothing...The Captain and Crew would not leave the dock until they have all payment in full so we lost a portion of our time out in the water/missed the sunset...Also they charge 4% fee if you used your credit card as an FYI. The dance floor was wet at all times...staff did not cared that we had heels on and dancing on wet floor. No one was spilled anything..They were upset when we asked to moped it..internal leak...there was no rain! Mike was not personable..looks like he was doing me a favor...I PAID A LOT ...Staffed was not dressed appropriately. The guy serving the food looked like he came from fishing..they were rude to my son. Mike told me it was ok to decorate with table cloths if I wanted to. My family went - He told them they cannot used the table cloth...He also stopped my family from decorating the upper deck!! They did not serve all the food that I paid for.... Embarrassing to ran out of food. Not enough cookies! The DJ was the best!! Thanks...Everyone else needed to be friendlier. They did not apologized for anything. Bar tender got way too much tips than deserved!! NOT A FRIENDLY CREW..

I chartered the Freeport Gem for a work outing. We had families and coworkers all having a great time. Capt Mike put us on the fish and everyone had a great time. The mates on the boat were absolutely the best mates i have ever had on a boat. They were personable and always there to help out especially with the younger ones. A big thanks to the entire crew for making our trip a GREAT one.

We went out on the 4th of july 2019 fireworks cruise. The weather was beautiful, the music was on point, the drinks were even better, we had an absolute blast... no pun intended. The crew was super nice, professional, and accommodating. We had a delay in from the bay, due the bridge being locked down. The crew mentioned there was an emergency at the beach and they couldnt open the bridge until the emergency equipment passed. The music and drinks continued so it wasnt a big deal, such a good time and made the best of a possible situation.
