We purchased our car and have had it serviced at Circle BMW, Eatontown, NJ, when we were resideing there . We just moved to NYC and on our way to Long Island to visit our kids, we noticed a nail in our tire. We were babysitting our grandchildren for the entire day and needed to get this fixed. We stopped by Freeport BMW (first time) and person in service we were dealing with JOE, went BEYOND the extra mile to assist us and get the tire replaced. On top of it, he provided us with a loaner, so that we could take the kids out. This is unheard of, getting a loaner and everything fixed the same day. He is extremely professional and such a pleasure to work with. His followup and attentivness was a AAAAAAA. In addition, his manager and Teshi in the loaner department also went the extra mile. Now that we live in Manhattan and our kids live near the dealership, we will purchase and have our car serviced at Freeport. Thank you team at Freeport for making this such a pleasant experience. We have owned BMW's for over 25 years.

I promised Jonathan I'd leave a good review and I am tired now but I promised him. Long day I live 44 miles from the dealership and took over two hours to get home. (car fire traffic)
So my not so short story. I have been looking for a BMW 330i high and low. I had one signed for locally but as we were going over details manager said it was sold. Then I found Jonathan. I said hey can you do this deal. He said I'll call you back 15 minutes later we had a deal. I signed a docusign w $500 deposit and next day I was there- Jonathan is a great guy professional, no nonsense, not pushy, straight forward dude. In and out with a great deal (I looked high and low) in an hour. Highest of recommendation for Jonathan, honest guy in a really tough business.

I found a used BMW X5 on a 3rd party website that was the color combo I wanted. Unfortunately I live half way across the country and couldn't see it in person or test drive it. This dealership stood out by offering a 60 day warranty along with an additional year on top of the manufacturer warranty. I figured I was covered mechanically. I called the dealer directly and Tamer made me feel comfortable purchasing sight unseen. He sent me multiple videos and pictures. He was very attentive and professional even when I was asking for additional photos. Tamer even assist in finding a transport company and helped screen them too! The vehicle turned out great and I was stressing out for no reason. Carlos in finance assisted with the documents during off hours as well! I highly recommend this place!

My 2023 540 was involved in traffic accident and the BMW Collision Center made the repair. The car looked better than new both outside and inside. Excellent repair facility, friendly, courteous and completed the repair in a timely manner. Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ facility.

Terrible! Wanted $855 a month for 36 months lease for X3 with 5k down with MSRP about 54k. Terrible deal and you can get better with other BMW dealerships.

I went to BMW of Freeport (previously named Hassel BMW) on two occasions. The first time (August18th) I was totally ignored during the 30 minutes I was in the showroom while all the sales people were either joking around with each other, or sitting at their desks reading the newspaper.
I gave it a second shot the following evening at 7:30 (one hour before they close). This time I asked for a salesperson and was assigned "Lucy". Lucy's first words to my wife and I was "How can I help you now that it's almost closing time??" Lucy was totally disinterested in helping us. As a matter of fact I had to ask her to show me the vehicle we wanted to buy that was parked right outside the door. When we got to the car my wife asked to see the inside. Lucy's response was 'it's locked and we're closing soon." My response was that it's only 8:00, and you don't close for another 30 minutes. That's when I told her to keep her car and left. The following day I thought I would share my experience with the General Manager. I left my name and phone number, but no surprise, my call was never returned.
It appears that these people are totally disinterested in selling cars.They are unprofessional, lazy, and obnoxious. I suggest that if you are seeking a BMW, you go somewhere else.
