This branch is unprofessional, rude and misinformed. I sent my husband to make some deposits for me and they failed to inform him that his social would have to be provided for the IRS reporting. Since the accounts and the deposits are mine, I offered my social. They refused. I asked to return the deposits so I could bring it in myself and they refused to give my money back! Upon speaking to my regular branch, I was advised that they have to inform you before accepting your deposit whether your social would be required. They spoke loudly and in the open about personal matters and had no discretion whatsoever. I am not impressed with the quality of staff at this location as Oceanside, Westbury and Baldwin are staffed with exceptional bankers.

Always rude to me when I go there. Especially the person as secretary. Half to wait half an hour just to talk to someone. Majority of the times that I am there is not a secretary.

Zero communication about a 10 day hold on a check when I was there in person. Not until I got home did I realize. Will close business accounts as soon as they give me my money. Stay away!

Long waiting time. If you come to this bank be ready to spent 30 mins. Teller are very slow. Looks like they don’t want to work.

Worst customer service bank I've ever been too. No on acknowledges you when you are standing by the desk.I am think of changing banks after this experience.

The location is very convenient. People working there are friendly. The only issue: long, long wait. Not sure why. Even when they do not have a lot of customers, you have to wait for a while.

worst service ever, staff needs to learn how to talk.went there for countet deposide i already waited 16 min and then she said i am new here so i dont know much about it and than she said please wait for other staff he will help you and for that i need to wait for 27 min so almost hour for just finishing 2 tranjactionneed more staff and trained staff please

Want to get some quarter rolls on a Saturday. As I approach the door and pull I notice it's close even though I can see the teller sitting at her post. Another agent points at his watch signaling that the bank is closed. I check my watch and is 1:47 pm. So I guess they were closing 13 minutes earlier that day? Oh, well.

Went in to change info on a account and the young lady there closed it. Said it was an accident no apologies . Very unprofessional in the Freeport BOA . Go to any other bank.
