Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at AutoZone Freeport
Dear AutoZone Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Freeport location. Upon entering the store, I observed a line of four customers waiting for assistance, while the two employees at the cashier desk were not attending to their duties.
One employee was idly looking around and playing with her t-shirt, while the other was engaged in a personal conversation, giving hugs to another lady in the store. This unprofessional behavior resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration for the customers waiting in line.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience. It reflects poorly on AutoZone's commitment to customer service. Such behavior suggests that customers are not a priority for your staff, which is unacceptable. There are many individuals who are genuinely in need of employment and would appreciate the opportunity to work diligently, unlike the employees I encountered.
As a result of this incident, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It is disheartening to feel undervalued as a customer, and I hope that AutoZone addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for others in the future.

worst customer service in commercial department, we have commercial account I went there to buy parts and return core, ( Andrew commercial manager ) I was in front of his desk for 20 minutes and he didn’t even care, he was in the phone, and I was waiting to be serve, a guy from the other desk see me and he was trying to help me and he told him don’t do, and he told me I don’t need your business here, when I ask for a supervisor he told me I am the commercial manager leave the store I will be escalate this issue with AutoZone customer care

When I tell you I was highly pleased with my check out girl Nique M she was so helpful to me everything i needed she explained and even helped me locate my items I couldn’t find her smile was so welcoming her knowledge of product and things I needed for my car was dead set on she definitely is a welcoming face and worker of auto zone since I’ve been shopping there I send everyone there she’s very nice thank you Nique M you are very helpful and pleasant such a pleasure to have done business with you ❤️
