I was parked at Ronkonkoma train station a few days and came back to find all 4 wheels and tires gone off my car, Of course it was a Sunday evening. I called AAA and they couldn't tow it since it had no wheels. The call service on my insurance company insisted I did not have a policy...I came back Monday to deal with the car. All County showed up and had all the equipment. They put temporary wheels on the car and got it onto the flatbed. Elmer was amazing! Totally competent and cool. He had to roll the car into position for the truck with me inside steering the car. He was amazingly strong. We finally got the car on the flatbed. Best towing experience ever.

Runs red lights and almost caused accidents. Doesn't follow have assignments. Very dangerous driving

All county team was awesome. Nick was great assisted my family during the car accident from start to finish and Trish in the office was awesome and was updating all the way. The car came out Beautiful and they went above and beyond. 100% recommend again.

we had brought our vehicle to several locations, however, nobody could accommodate us. The staff at All County was able to assess the damage with the knowledgeable staff and get our vehicle fixed. We highly recommend All County for all of your auto body needs.

I had a great experience with All County Towing-Freeport. Taryn and Carlos moved a vehicle for me and let me tell you, they both deserve a raise. They were professional, very knowledgeable, passionate about their work, worked well together, precise and determined. I will definitely call All County again and will refer people. All county towing an auto body is amazing communication with the dispatcher was great she have an amazing sense of humor my tow guy was amazing as well fast response an did a amazing job hooking up my car an towing it to the destination safely with no issues I could never ask for better service

The experience was so seamless it’s amazing! Alyssa was great to deal with, she is super nice. The place is so clean and nice it’s such a pleasant place to deal with. Can’t say enough nice things about them!

they arrived fast but charged a “ cleanup “ fee “ but I watched there was absolutely no clean up. also charged a storage fee when the car was parked on a public street. Beware

This company is total ripoff. They charged us $1350 just to winch out the trailer out of grass off the highway exit. It didn't take no more than 10 mins and they were located just 2 miles down the road from the towing location. Please be aware of this company

Just want to say the staff is super nice and they inform you of everything that’s going on. I was in a car accident with a drunk driver and was rear-ended. I received my car and it was perfect! My car looked like nothing had happened to it and I was very happy with my experience! I recommend this place to anyone it’s a 10/10.
