I stopped in to replace the screen protector and to discuss some issues with the phone. I was immediately welcomed by a sales associate as I walked the m the door. He offered to assist me in replacing the screen protector. He checked my phone to make sure it was operating correctly. He demonstrated how to take a screen shot of my phone calls and voice mail. He continued to chat with me while he worked. It was a pleasant visit. I am so glad I stopped in to get my issues resolved. Oh!The Fredonia/Dunkirk store has easy access and convenient parking too!

Tim went above and beyond in helping me out. My new phone is so much better and my bill went down $30. If you go here, I highly recommend asking for him

Absolutely wonderful experience here! It had finally become time to get a new cell phone and when we went into the store we were greated by their store associate Tim Eisaman. He was both incredibly helpful and very professional. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and he helped me immensely by going through the features of a few different phones until I found the perfect one! He made transferring information from phone to phone a breeze and even recommended a perfect case for me! My boyfriend went in with an idea of what phone he wanted, and Tim was able to make sure that he got exactly what he wanted. I would recommend this place to any of my friends, and will definitely be back when it's time for a new phone.

I purchased two phones from Tim Eisman over the holidays. He was so helpful! Explained how it all would work, and took his time with all of my questions. He even put our screen protectors on for us! I also appreciated that he arranged his schedule to work out of Fredonia as this was a closer location for me. I will continue to get my phone through Tim!

Cellular Sales of Fredonia is my go to cellphone store and Tim Eisaman is my go to rep for nearly half a decade. I trust him, his product knowledge, and his feedback when it comes to my cell phone/plan purchases for me and my family. Will always come back and see Tim for a phone, a laugh, and above all else a good deal.

Jesse helped me put a new line on my phone plan for my dad, and was very helpful going through our options for what phones we could get and other services. Jesse helped transfer a number in a difficult circumstance, and aided us in everyway. I would definitely recommend someone to Verizon and definitely to get help from Jesse.
