I’ve been here twice for a color- once to go dark and once to get highlights. I love Rayna! She is such a ray of sunshine, and she is so talented!! Because they’re independent stylists, you have to call them individually to set up an appointment for any service. I called one and her mailbox was full, another one I left a message for with a request for a call back and never heard back. It’s very difficult to get ahold of anyone.

Honestly don't go here. Tried calling them for the last month and a half and no one answers the phone left so many voicemails on every stylists voicemail box and some don't even have their voicemail set up. Went to their instagram to find out you have to text them directly so I got their phone numbers and no response. If your busy or not accepting new clients say that and don't waste my f****** time
