Leah has been cutting my hair since she first got her licence. She's the only person I'll let touch my hair. She's sweet, funny, professional and she takes her time to make sure everything is done correctly and the way I want it. (I can't tell you how many people used to cut my hair so fast that I couldn't stop them before they had done something I didn't want. This happened so many times that I came to hate having my hair cut...until I started going to Leah.)When you sit down with Leah, she takes a look at your hair, asks what you want done, and then tells you how she's going to achieve that look before she starts cutting.I've also seen her going above and beyond for her clients. I've seen her do full hair makeovers that take hours, and I've seen her stay late to fix a hair color that a client didn't like as much as they thought they would.There was also a situation where a much older gentlemen was ahead of me. He sat down and was giving Leah a hard time, essentially refusing to tell her what he wanted and telling her "Just make it look good. If I like it you get a 5 cent tip." Leah was able to turn this clients attitude into a joke, making him laugh, making him happy, and making him leave her a $20 tip on a simple haircut.She's awesome... and as long as she's there, this is where I'll be going for my haircut.

Went to Walmart in fredonia ny, see the sign in the front saying BOGO when you buy 1L and I said how much is one by it’s self I want them both. She then said they were $36 a piece and I said not from what your sign said. She then proceeded to come look at the sign and I showed her it said it she took the sign in the back of the salon where maybe office is and said it shouldn’t be there. Laughed and said The sales change every month. I was like it’s the 18th. Either way! I always check the signs cause I use a specific shampoo and conditioner all the time over 6 years lol. That was complete false advertisement. Unbelievable. If I was still in retail I would do right thing.

It is really handy to have this service available. I can usually walk-in for a haircut. Tuesday is a reduced rate for seniors. They are friendly and strive to please. I am deligted with their efforts.

The girl had no experience at all when I complained that she hadn't trimmed nothing the offered to get out the power clippers I said no thanks and walked out went to supercuts
