Fortunate to have a climate controlled facility in our area. This gave me peace of mind to have a secure and clean facility to store my belongings.
The process to rent and close out was seamless and done all online. There is a "human" contact when needed.
I highly recommend this facility.

We had a wonderful experience with Siri Storage. The facility is clean and has a restroom - very important! I found Jim to be everything I value in a vendor - kind, patient, responsive and a problem solver. Last year, I asked Jim if he knew where we could rent a couple of tables and he had his team provide them for us. He worked with us as we downsized to a smaller unit. We had vendors come to the storage unit to view/purchase items and with the help of the tables and carts, the buying experience was organized and efficient. Our vendors commented on the quality of the Siri facility as well. Thanks Jim!

This was a great, clean and friendly place to have a storage unit. Climate control was important for me. If I had any questions the staff was amazing. Response time is quick.

Siri fredonia is clean, well lit, and very automated. I didn't speak to one person and yet the while process from moving in to moving out was flawless. I will use them again in the future if I have to.

I live in Dunkirk and rented two storage spaces at Siri in Fredonia a couple of months ago. One was temporary and the other permanent...the whole building is pristine...very clean and easy to navigate...the no-contact rental arrangement couldn’t have been easier and the response from management immediate. As I was done with the temporary unit, I just telephoned my request to cancel that unit...again, I got an immediate response by telephone from Jim, which was followed by an emailed confirmation of the cancellation...I would highly recommend Siri Storage for your storage needs...as I live in an apartment, it’s great to have a professional, clean, climate controlled storage space close by and with such easy access. Thank you Siri Storage!

Cleanest Storage place I have ever rented. Convenient location. Access for large items. Customer Service is outstanding . The day after I rented my storage I had to change the size of the storage rental . Jim was so helpful and his customer service was not only excellent he took time to fix it in minutes plus he called me back wit all the details. Wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. Thank You !

Great new, clean facility. Very secure, climate controlled, and extremely easy access to units within. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking to store any personal items or even an entire house of items, to check out this place before any others. They can accommodate for whatever size unit you may need. Also customer service is second to none. I looked around before I chose this establishment and couldn't be happier with my decision.
