The security deposit is a joke, they never return it. When you are in a hurry to move in, there will be extra charges outside the contract. It took several months for the utility maintenance service to schedule.

I love it here. The rent is affordable considering all utilities are included, including cable and Internet, and laundry is free. Much cheaper than the dorms right across the street. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, and the apartments are quiet and pretty clean.

I love that my apartment is fully furnished and I didn't have to worry about moving furniture...not that I have any of my own furniture yet anyway! Campus is super close. Laundry is convenient and FREE. Everything is pretty new. I've met some nice people here. All in all a good experience. :)
