Not really impressed at all truck comes out looking like it wasn't washed 16 dollars later still looks bad and it wasn't muddy just normal dirt from the highway I guess it is time for the bucket

My car had gotten stuck in the mud in Erie and I was towed out. I was headed home to NH that day and of course with the mud in the tires my car was behaving poorly on the highway and wasn’t improving. I checked google and this car wash was the closest and not far off the highway. The car wash was not open when I got there and I panicked a bit but there was a very kind man in the service room and I explained my plight. He was so nice, he dropped what he was doing and cleaned out the mud from all four of my tires at no charge. Had me pull forward and back to make sure all the mud was out and off I went. I want to publicly thank him for his kindness and willingness to help a stranger get home.

They only have one Bay out of two open. The bay that does the much better wash which uses brushes is always broken down...I'm guessing they have a lot of monthly members because there's usually a long waiting line on good days if you go off hours you can get in and out. If you're expecting all the dirt to be removed from your vehicle using the high pressure spray side of the Bay, it's not going to happen
