Holy cow! Feels like I searched my whole life for a great vet and I really believe I found one with Dr Redfield in Fredonia. Staff is great too! Brought my cat in for a nail trim and the process was so fast and affordable!! Have taken my cat to other vets for the same issue and it was never this smooth, I am blown away. Will be bringing her back in a couple months for a checkup/ nail trim. I HIGHLY recommend this vet for your pet needs. Dog is already scheduled for a checkup this week too. Looking forward to it, can you ever imagine looking forward to a vet visit???!! Well, I am.

Sharon and Dr Redfield were very kind and compassionate in helping me grieve the death of my emotional support dog. (I brought him in to be cremated)

I’ve very disappointed by the customer service recieved every time I call their office. I never write reviews to places but it seems every time you call they treat you as if you’re an issue.

Always thankful to FAH for taking wonderful care of my animals for years. Kind, caring, and prompt in case of emergency. Sometimes hard to get in but that shows how good they are.

They don't do walk-ins had to drive all the way to Eden to have my dog seen...I'd rate zero stars if i could. If you want good medical care and even better service, I would recommend the Eden vet clinic. My dog was seen right away and the staff are very considerate. They actually take the time to address what's going on with your pet rather than do a quick diagnosis and send you on your way like most other places.

This facility does a lot for the community. They collectdonations for the animal shelters as well as the local food banks. They offer microchip services.

Literally called for an appointment, placed on hold then stated my concern was given an appointment 3 days away and receptionist hung up on me RUDE! Unfortunately, my cat passed away right before my appointment. My concern is the rudeness even at the previous appointment! I was charged for a visit and Dr. Dudeck did not even touch my cat. Very rude! I highly recommend you do not bring your cat to him, he is obviously NOT a cat person whatsoever. No one never called to give sympathy or condolences. I paid my bill in FULL $800 and over the last 20 years! Customer service training should be considered for staff not just your need to pay $50 for prescription food which I did yet still feel disregarded just like my cat. Seriously, Orchard Park Animal Hospital is EVIL and do nothing but collect your money. Its truly sad ?

Unfortunately, We had to make the call No Dog Mom wants to make Our beloved 16 yr old girl had to be put dwn she made a dramatic turn for the worse in such a short time. After making several phone calls and our vet we used calling us back and was told sorry they were closed for the day - We could Wait till morning for an appointment or referred to fredonia Animal hospital. Of course we called the fredonia animal hospital. The staff was friendly and caring from the start. It was a few minutes before closing, and they told me to come right in. When I pulled in parking lot and parked in special parking they told me before arrival wherw to park. I was greeted right away and was offered help right away bringing my sweet girl inside. The staff talked with me and my Sweet girl made her comfortable. They continued to keep me calm also. They gave me as much time as I needed and answering all the questions and giving us plenty of options. Needless to say, Fredonia animal hospital is now our vet clinic we are using for our other Fur babies.
