They actually close for lunch. But the website doesn't say what time making it hard for people who drive a distance to get their mail in po boxes.

I get lost packages all of the time. I also get mail for other people and addresses. The USPS charges too much for incompetence.

Mail person put mail on steps with package in the rain couldn't be bothered to just put mail in box and leave package to get soaked had to make sure mail is completely soaked too !!

Sent out two packages on separate days and the tracking for both showed up as invalid after a week and not in the system, so there was nothing I could do. Had to refund both buyers. Never using USPS again.

Package was left on top of the snowbank next to the empty mailbox. It would have fit in the mailbox and even if it wouldn’t it should have been left at the door not on a snowbank. Completely unacceptable.
