Staff is friendly and efficient. They've provided excellent service for the 30+ years I've lived in Franklinville.

They actually close for lunch. But the website doesn't say what time making it hard for people who drive a distance to get their mail in po boxes.

I get lost packages all of the time. I also get mail for other people and addresses. The USPS charges too much for incompetence.
