DONT BUY FROM HERE, STAY FAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, bought a car from here not even a week later transmission line went fixed under warranty but now that the warranty is over we have another transmission line rusted through when brought to same mechanic that fixed it the first time the guy at the dealership knew this was going to and told him not to fix it if it wasnt broke yet, these people are going to end up killing somebody not caring about there customers well being and only there profits from there junk cars

Bought a car with issues and somehow it passed inspection by his mechanic that morning with bad brakes and then some!! Crooked dealer and his mechanic at Ingrams in delhi as well.

The old guy was THE most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with.... first off he had a sign stating no service without a mask and he nor his other lot person wasn’t wearing one. He also expected me to buy a truck off the lot without even turning it on let alone test drive it. I spent 10 mins on the phone with the owner asking questions since the old guy didn’t have an ounce of information about the truck. During the call, that he had dialed on his cellphone, he hovered over me and then asked for his phone and proceeded to tell the owner in front of me not to take a penny less and if I offered any less not to sell it as he would buy it from him for asking. He then had the nerve to tell me he needed his phone as he needed to make a phone call while I was in the middle of talking to the owner. When I asked to test drive it His excuse was that he wasn’t the owner, I asked him for the owners number as I wanted to test drive it. He refused to give me his number stating “I don’t want to bug him anymore, as we’ve already bugged him enough” this was after I told him multiple times that if it all checked out I’d buy it today. He wouldn’t even allow me to take it to my mechanic to get checked out, his question to me was “how are you gonna get it there.” I told him he was insane if he expected me to buy a car without driving it or have it looked at by my mechanic. He proceeded to full on yell at me back and forth telling me I obviously don’t know anything about Nissans and that I am a f*****g moron for not buying the truck after he attempted to step towards me as to only what could be perceived as an attempt to assault me in some way. I told him not to step another foot closer as I would call the police. I then told him that he’s absolutely insane and then he told me to “get back on the goat that I rode in on and get off his lot.” Long story short the short, fat old guy is a complete and utter lunatic. I wouldn’t buy a glass of water from him if he had the last water on earth. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE HORRIFICALLY POOR BUSINESS OWNERS AND FRANKLY PEOPLE THAT ARE CLEARLY TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE. I would also like to point out that this is the third time something like this has happened at this dealership.

I bought a Hyundai Sonata GLS and I'm so happy with it! They all were so nice and worked with use on everything! Have recommended and helped my friend get his car there as well. Will continue to recommend and be back in the future for a future car!

This place is awesome I have had great experience here I bought my first vehicle here about my second vehicle here that I've ever bought from a dealer I would not go to another dealer to buy a vehicle I have had good luck with these guys here they have always treated me well and very friendly environment there might be some bad reviews on Facebook but from what I've heard around the one girl I think her name is Caitlin she is miserable anyways and very obnoxious she's done this to a couple other dealers around but besides the point I highly recommend this place 100% thank you for allowing me to be a customer

I bought my bad boy mower from here I love the bad boy mowers if your landscaper or anyting like that then I recommend buying a bad boy mower over cups of ferrous Scag are most of the more companies out there bad boy is quality built and they stand by their mower one of the only things that made it so I didn't give a 5-star review was because the parking lot was gravel and dirt and there's a little muddy but all-in-all very friendly service thank you Jay and Austin
