Visited Walgreens Pharmacy for a flu shot. The pharmacist administering the shot appeared passive aggressively annoyed. Not sure what that was about. There is a private room where the shot is administered but she chose to ask for vaccine type, date of birth and name outside the room in earshot of other patrons. Setting up the appointment was super easy online.

Recently Walgreens has been hiring people who are basically in your face not mine personally but I witnessed it. It's not about security. One person was sampling cologne and the worker came over and interfered. They claimed something about it's not a sample but I've been there and I've seen Sam is a plenty of times and if they were Experienced they would open one for that person and make it a sample

Walgreens manager refused to give me coupon price on my purchases. It's total BS that you have to have their app and now download all coupons.For those not tech savvy, this is a rip off.Mike, the manager, rude and unprofessional.Will no longer be a Walgreens customer.

This really is a poorly run store. The lines are ridiculously long to check out. If there are workers there they should be at the register. I understand there are other tasks to be done by an employee during a shift but to have one person checking out people is horrible. ESPECIALLY if the person they checking out has a long transaction. Ie cc not working. Coupons not processing etc. I was on line 3rd to check out waiting. Finally after 15 minutes prob longer I’m being generous. Check your tapes. A second employee came up front to check people out. Really a complete disregard for a customers time.

I have been attending this Walgreens for over 20 years. Although I have no complaints about the store staff, the pharmacy staff has always been horrible and today I have had enough. The assistants always seem overwhelmed and the pharmacist is a self-important, arrogant tool. When I called to get his name they told me his name is “Rob”. When I asked for his last name they refused to give me his last name. Think about it, you go to a pharmacy to receive sometimes life saving medications and when you inquire as to who is dispensing your pills you are told you are not entitled to that??? Yeah good luck with that. That says it all about that place and I’m the dumb one for patronizing them for so long. From now on I’ll try the CVS a block away. Screw this place.

Fred helped me fix my issue with my photo gift at the moment even though he had been in the middle of getting a truck unloaded because I told him that I needed it . He really accommodated and I appreciated it. I get lots of photos printed and I always go to this Walgreens over the one on merrick and south central (even though it’s farther) because the service is better. Thank you Fred

Everytime I try to use the OTC card there is a problem. The cashiers are always rude. They make no sense at all. I use the OTC card in every other location of Walgreens it’s never a problem. Somehow magically when it’s here. It just don’t work. The worst customer service ever. I’m

The pharmacy takes years to answer the phone. And i have waited on the line for over 20 minutes, and have then been hung up on, on more than one occasion. I love Walgreens but it’s incredibly frustrating trying to get in contact with the pharmacy.

I got there at 11:45pm. I went to grab my wife a pack of female care products and as I walked to the front door the manager grabbed the door and locked it shut fast! I understand the store was closing soon sure, but there were still a few customers in the store and the store was still supposed to be open until 12. I asked the manager thru the glass if I can come in and grab one thing fast, he shrugged his shoulders and scurried away. Pretty unacceptable.
