Visited Walgreens Pharmacy for a flu shot. The pharmacist administering the shot appeared passive aggressively annoyed. Not sure what that was about. There is a private room where the shot is administered but she chose to ask for vaccine type, date of birth and name outside the room in earshot of other patrons. Setting up the appointment was super easy online.

Recently Walgreens has been hiring people who are basically in your face not mine personally but I witnessed it. It's not about security. One person was sampling cologne and the worker came over and interfered. They claimed something about it's not a sample but I've been there and I've seen Sam is a plenty of times and if they were Experienced they would open one for that person and make it a sample

Unprofessional leadership team. Takes things personally when ask them questions regarding procedures and policies. Will retaliate against you if you complain to Walgreen’s customer relations. They will make you wait longer. I am seriously considering transferring my services elsewhere. My family has used this pharmacy ever since we’ve moved into the area and it’s a shame that I may have to transfer my family’s prescription elsewhere, a family of 8, because the leaders there are unkind, impatient, short tempered, and downright unprofessional.

Walgreens manager refused to give me coupon price on my purchases. It's total BS that you have to have their app and now download all coupons. For those not tech savvy, this is a rip off.Mike, the manager, rude and unprofessional. Will no longer be a Walgreens customer.

I seriously hate that this is my neighborhood Walgreens and pharmacy. Let me give you an example as to why...I call up today to say I'm on the way, and they I'll be there by 130 (their lunch time and when the pharmacy closes for 30 minutes). Guy says fine and reminds me they close at 130. Get to the pharmacy drive through at 126, but they're already closed. Cool, maybe they close the window early in anticipation. Park directly in front of the door, walk inside, still have time to spare before 130...and pharmacy closed.Just tell me you duck out a few minutes early and I would have understood and come back at 2 (set a realistic expectation/don't tell a customer a falsehood and expect them to love you for it). Instead, you told me/made a promise (a person coming from hospital) that you'd be there until 130, and failed to deliver on that rather simple bit of service/commitment.Examples such as this and the rude register staff are why I hate this as the most convenient convenience store (CVS/Walgreens/Rite-Aid/they're all interchangable).Walgreens - IMPROVE YOUR PEOPLE.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The pharmacist Jay is rude and abrasive and gave me the wrong medication. I didn't know it was wrong until I started feeling unwell and googled it. This pharmacy/pharmacist is negligent and I am never coming back.

We had a terrible experience with the drive thru covid testing at this pharmacy. We waited in the line for more than an hour and a half. Despite showing his confirmation number when we finally got to the window, they could not find his appointment and told my husband he could not get tested. They did the same thing to the car in front of us. Beyond aggravating since this appointment was made 2 days in advance.

Always on hold a minimum of 20 minutes everytime I have to call them to answer a question about my prescription. Wish I could go to my mom and pop pharmacy but my insurance won’t let me. You don’t get personalized help at these big chain pharmacies, you are just another number. And whenever I try to refill my prescription through the walgreens app I always get an error.

I would avoid this Walgreen's location if you are concerned about your health. I would avoid Walgreens in general if you are concerned about customer service. I was at this store several weeks ago, at the height of the pandemic. The cashier was not wearing a mask - more correctly, she had a mask which she had pushed down to her neck, leaving her face uncovered. She was the only cashier on duty, so she was breathing on every customer that left the store. Note that this is a pharmacy, so some customers must be presumed to have health concerns. I wrote a comment/complaint to customer service. I received a generic reply, stating that someone from store management would contact me within 24 hours to discuss my concerns. I was never contacted. Reached out to customer service again. I was never contacted. I was in the store again yesterday. All employees had masks - and 50% of them were wearing those masks with their noses exposed (making them more comfortable but useless for infection control). I saw two of those employees in conversation with a manager, who said nothing about it. I saw one shopper without a mask at all walk past the same manager, who said nothing to her. There was a Purell dispenser near the front door. It was empty. This store/pharmacy has made no serious efforts toward infection control. Management appears unconcerned or incompetent. Corporate customer service was unresponsive and apathetic. This is unacceptable in a health services related industry. Go elsewhere.

Walk in again today only to realize that the air conditioners is still down!!! It was 92 degrees in that store around 9pm!!! Why why pls I need some answers how can you allow your employees to work in those conditions??? So such a big organization it’s taking you one week to fix something like this???? This store to be exact 0.7 miles away from my house!!! Why do I have to drive to another store bc it’s uncomfortable to shop!!! It shouldn’t be the case

I been going to Walgreens since it opened. The pharmacy is good. There's always a turn over of employees. The marketing is good. Always have what I'm looking for. Prices are good also, maybe the food is more than the supermarket but we know that already. Good for emergency.
