Lets be real, taking a passport picture for a 4 week old is nowhere near easy nor Fun to do.. I want to Thank Mark for truly trying to get me a picture of my Lil one for his passport.. He was super patient and took his time and went above and beyond to help me.. Thank you again Mark.. You are the real MVP!

I normally go to the RVC ups store because they are so accommodating and the Franklin Square ups store likes to reject your returns due to packaging, for example, I was just in the store, had my return in a plastic bag, and was turned away because they did not like my plastic bag!
That would NOT happen at RVC UPS.
Don’t waste your time going to Franklin Square UPS, they are not good.

Cameron at this UPS store went above and beyond to help me with all of my returns. He was so helpful and patient as I went back and forth on the Amazon app (even helping me with the app) and did it all with a smile! This is by far the best UPS store because of Cameron!

. I return for my whole family and some friends. Three families that live within 2 miles of each other. They all work. I am retired; so I make the weekly, UPS run ….. sometimes even more often,. I always have at least 4 items going back to Amazon or off somewhere else.
The staff at this store is ALWAYS efficient. 99% of the staff is friendly and cheerful. One young woman is sometimes kind of grouchy….but she still gets the job done. The friendly response is a welcome bonus.
Even when there is a line of 8-10 people, I am always in and out in less than 10 minutes. ….
I have used UPS in California and other places in the area. There is NO comparison. This staff is far better than any other place I have used. GREAT JOB !; and many thanks to the staff who always makes me feel accomplished when I leave.?

At least 3 times I have had issues with employees cthat can't find my packages. Either they aren't put into the system, the mailbox number (sticker) isn't where anyone can find it. I have to check all my packages on each website to see if I received the packages. Very unprofessional. I have a feeling some employees are stealing people's packages and making it look as if the shipments never arrived.
My recommendations would be to have email notifications when packages are checked in, get cameras so you can see if anyone is stealing packages and always have a manager present.

The service stinks, rep. Left me on hold for 17 minutes And never came back. Called back 3 times and no one answered, thanks for nothing because you are as bad as the rest. Your services do not stand out as being committed to the customer. Oh! By the way I heard staff talking in the background at one point. Bottom line you folks at UPS get a minus 0.

This is my go to UPS store nice and clean and organized. I have a different UPS store that is closer to me but their wait time is too long that I rather come to this location. I’ve come to this location about 5 times & each time the staff were friendly and welcoming. I hardly have a wait time in this location. I would recommend this location to people.

I come here couple time when I need my package return they are okay but there this one women with the glasses short hair have an attitude or something she make a big deal and she doesn’t know how to talk to customer she could be more nicer
