TD Bank is trash. This is the second time in like a month that I’ve had my debit card due to suspicious activity. I’m seeing two unfamiliar transactions right now on my account. Every time I call customer service they can never help me. They always say that they can’t verify my account and always refer me to the branch. These security issues have been occurring way too frequently. This is the only bank that I have dealt with so far in my life where I keep having all these security issues. Strongly consider closing my account with TD Bank.

One of the best TD Bank Branch i ever been to.... very Professional Great Customer Service. Must say Brandon and jane were absolutely highly professional, knowledgeable people at this branch. (Well so far i only met with them) i own a limo business n i would love to say this is my Bank...

In desperate need of more employees. Having to wait on line for a simple withdrawal for 15-20 mins because the ATM was not working was kind of frustrating to say the least.

The Manager, Ms. Bermudez, was yelling at me the whole time I was there so that every customer could hear her. I was trying to deposit a check online which wasn't going through and went there to deposit the check and to show them that the check wasn't fake , when I was talking to her she yelled at me many times saying "you can't do that" like she was trying to accuse me of trying to scam or rob somebody. I even showed her that I got a Zelle deposit from the person, that I was trying to deposit the check from, she still treated me like a criminal after I explained everything to her. She also refused to check my account which would've proved that I have always received checks from this person. I really feel as though she doesn't like latinos or people of color even when her last name is hispanic.

What a fn disaster this branch is. After speaking with the teller who was at best poorly trained, he referred me to the customer service desks. There I sat for almost 15 minutes without being helped. The branch was empty of customers and it was 10am. No excuse for this lack of care for customers.

Very slow everytime, drive thru setup is the worst TD should ask their money back from the architect. Always have an issue at this branch , always have an issue taking money out. Perhaps i should close all my TD accounts and withdrawl all my assets from TD if I base my experience with this branch.

I've been to this location 5 times in the past year and the ATM inside was out of order 4 times. They say I can use the drive thru ATM, but it's not safe to stand there in the drive thru because you might get hit by a car. This also causes a back up because most people assume the ATM inside is not working.

Very dismissive. We arrived to open an account for our daughter. They closed in 45 minutes and didn’t want to assist us. Never heard of such a thing. We left and shall not return.

Drive thru is a joke. Bring your lunch while you wait. You'll be sitting a while!!!!!!

The worst!!! If you go thru the drive thru plan on getting lunch! 45 minutes every time just to cash a check!!!!!! Horrible!

The worst Banking experience we have ever encountered. The branch manager has the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. Just walking into her office was like torture. She was condescending (spoke down to us as if we were uneducated ppl). She had no idea about what she was talking about In Opening a business account. I have opened 3 prior businesses and I think I definitely know the process in opening an account ..and how she spoke to my mom and myself was disgusting and she just kept sitting there swinging her feet and just the way she made us feel as a new customer was unacceptable ... I will never recommend this TD in Elmont NY on Franklin Avenue because she drives customers away. My neighbors warned me and I didn’t listen. Her non education of giving customers the wrong information. We left there and went to another TD a few minutes away and needless to say opened up another account without a hitch same day. Please someone ? she needs proper training on her customer service skills and just proper training overall in what’s needed to open up accounts with your firm. I can only imagine how many potential business accounts she’s lost for the company I don’t normally write reviews but this was such a HORRIBLE experience that I felt ompelled to share. I would give her 0 Stars if I could and say to her higher ups you need to rethink her position or give her formal training. !!!! Hope this feedback helps!
