As there is many commercial banks out there I have found that Webster still believes in the small bank feel . I have been baking with them for since February this year and have to say that when I walk in to the banking center I am always greeted by name you don’t get at big banks your just a number. They know there products and service very well and offer you what you need and nothing more. If there are issues there willing to sit with you and make things right
I would recommend this bank to all my family and friends for a good banking experience.

Mobile banking is garbage put the correct password and tells me to call customer service I will be changing banks this bank is horrible

If I can get away with giving this bank zero stars, I would. The customer service is horrible and getting worse. They never have enough employees. When trying to speak to somebody at the actual bank, you have to leave a message and Good luck expecting somebody to call you back because it's never going to happen. And forget about the online bank phone service. I was on hold for over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone and still got no where. I just had one simple question about my account. Every time this bank changes hands it gets worse and worse. It went from being Astoria Federal, which was a good bank to Sterling, which was a really bad bank and now to Webster, which is the worst bank ever. I definitely plan on changing my bank as soon as I could find a bank with better service that I'm used to. But this new Webster Bank has got to go. I don't see it lasting that long anyway.

Terrible bank. been a month now since opening my account. but running after them daily to enable online banking, ACH and online statements. in which I was a clear i must have upon opening my account. employees seem to be at lunch or on vacation all the time. slow email response, almost never available to speak on phone. and when they do, they promise to get back to you to resolve the issue, only to find myself nowhere, a full month of time wasted and aggravation
