I came to this place with my 17-year-old sister to have her eyebrows done for the second time. The lady who did them had a very bad attitude and was rude. When I asked her to apply some powder to ease the pain, she said there was no powder. My sister was in a lot of pain afterward. I would never recommend anyone to come here. ??Also this place is very expensive for some reason. Just for an eyebrow it was $8.

Work is good but very poor professionalism
Even if it says it closes at 8 pm when I reached at 6 pm the staff said they can’t do because she was leaving soon. I made appointment for another day and when I went that day at 5 pm she made me wait for 30 min and was doing other customers who came for small things because the staff was alone and she did not know that there was an appointment reason given was “ I did not make your appointment, did I? we don’t have customers that’s why our staff leave early”
If owner wants to run the business then they should be little more in to the business and see what their staff is doing

I went in to the red my upper lip. She took two minutes to do the entire area when she finished. I asked her if she was done. I then proceeded to tell her to please make sure that she has removed all my hairs, and she said no it's fine everything is done. Everything is good. I feel she did a very rushed job and didn't listen to me when I told told her to please make sure that she had removed all my hairs from my upper neck because she did such a rushed job. I will never walk in there again.

I go here often and it's always great. The woman today charged me $20 instead of the $16 that it's always been, and then I tipped $5. Hope she's happy with the $9 tip. I won't come here again if it's not the usual lady doing my brows.

DO NOT go to this place they burned my hands and my friend’s hand when waxing. They are not professional and are using people without licenses to take care of others. Not fair at all.

They are thieves. Their prices are ridiculous. They charge 16 dollars for eyebrow and chin but there was no hair on the chin I told the lady I already tweezed. So for the 2 second thread she decided to rob me. The wax for arms u details is 36 !!! We are in a recession. Never again

I am surprised to see negative comments. I have done two brazialians and two leg waxes here. Both experiences were great. I do not need a fancy hotel like place (this is clean enough)- I just want a good wax we're I dont get rashes and the hair is gone! They are friendly and welcoming- and never make me feel embarrassed! I do recommend!
