James was amazing they installed the leather interior in my jeep jl it looks fantastic came out amazing and they even did some custom leather work on console I can’t say enough and it was done in one day the price was right thank you guys

James was outstanding. He looked right at the interior of my Bronco and came up with color scheme and plan to replace the factory fabric seats. He noticed every detail including contrast stitching, door panels, and embroidering a Bronco on the headreast. The final product was expertly installed and finished in timely manner. My Bronco interior now is super comfy and super sharp looking. Highly recco James for all you car upolstery needs. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing work! I was recommended Phoenix by a car buddy I trust, and I'm sure glad I went along. I had 2 tears in leather seats that were just getting worse and worse. The technicians did great in replacing the panels and strengthening the seats. Felt even better than new. I brought the car by for a quote, which was a LOT better of a deal than at the dealership. He was very easy and kind to talk to. We then arranged for the work to do be on a specific day. He was well in communication with me and finished by the time he advised he would. I would definitely recommend.

I brought my 1964 Cadillac in and James did a walkthrough on a reupholstery. He told me he would get back to me in a couple of weeks, and they would do the work. I called back and spoke to them. Once to the father and the second time to James. I’m still waiting and that was months ago. These people clearly do not need my business. Or yours. . .

I went in with my vintage Cadillac for reupholstery. Met with James, the son. Left my contact info and he said he'd call me in a couple of weeks. Never heard back. Called back. Twice. It's been several MONTHS. These people have made it clear that they do not need my business. So, they'll never get it.

Phoenix was paid to restitch the seams of a car cover for my 1974 Porsche and upon placing it on the car I discovered they left open spaces and sewed the inside out in January 2023.“The man had a heart attack, our sewing machine broke, we have a funeral in Wisconsin” and “my father will take care of it personally” were some of the excuses I have received over the last 6 months.I told Jim, Phoenix where to find the convertible top parts for the Porsche 968 sitting outside his shop for months and the top was shortly thereafter installed and returned to the owner.The sister refused to return my cover and Jim ducks my calls.Thank God I did not give them the interiors to the 2 Porsche I am restoring.I have filed in small claims court to recover the cost of Cover Craft's $300.00 custom car cover.Beware!!!Phoenix returned my car cover and my fee during mediation.7 month to get my car cover back in the same box.
