“Josh and his team are fantastic. I called Josh and he spent time discussing all of my concerns. I made the appointment and again he discussed their findings after doing the diagnostic and then provided options. He never pushed me to make a decision. I received an electronic confirmation for my appointment and emailed receipts immediately. As a woman it is difficult to have that sense of comfort particularly at an auto shop. “Love this place! Eric was soooo nice! I explained to him that my tire was on the brink of shredding into pieces and I was having my tires shipped to his shop and the earliest day that was available was over a week away and I didn’t think I would make it till then. He told me he was booked until then but he looked a little more and told me he could squeeze me in!! What an absolute life saver! They took me at 7am when they opened- they were there and ready to go at 7. By 9:30 I saw a missed call and went to pick up my car by 11. They serviced my car so fast I couldn’t even believe it. They were nice enough to make me feel at ease with leaving all of my stuff in my car that I would normally remove before being serviced to avoid any problems with things going missing. He told me they are like a family and I had nothing to worry about and I believed him. I came back, my tires were on and everything was exactly where I left it; very trustworthy people. I asked them about a transmission flush because my car was clunking and instead of just setting me up for an unnecessary or overpriced service, they earnestly told me that it may not be a good idea to flush because it might make it worse. I always thought mechanics would oversell or over-exaggerate problems to make the maximum profit from customers or at least that’s what I’ve seen and heard, but they did not do that and that spoke volumes. Instead they told me to bring it in and they would look at it and assess what needs to be done. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend this place as they are very caring and professional individuals that go above and beyond to retain their customers! I will be returning this week to have them look at it and see what they can do further to have my car driving and looking like when I first got it! Thank you again Eric! You guys are AMAZING!”

“Been bringing my vehicles here for maintenance for several years and have had nothing but honest diagnostics and work done. These guys really have a “long term” business plan that is built with integrity above all else.
I bought a 2022 Tacoma from Carvana, took it straight there and they quickly pointed out truck had “newer than new” front end body parts(nothing on car-fax). Found an inspection Carvana accidentally left in glove box showing “collision sensors disabled,..etc.”(they were correct), returned truck got a better one, which they green-lighted me on.

But Mike, who runs Z Motors, is a genuinely good person.My son was lucky enough to break down in his old RAV4 nearby, on the Southern State, and what might have been a nightmarish experience turned into a positive one due to Mike. He diagnosed a bad alternator and had a new one in within a day, charging exactly what my long-time local guy would have.
