Above Beyond PREMIERE Customer Service! Best experience ever at a Verizon store. Mike Sperduto amazingly can take care of several customers with none of them sitting and waiting endlessly..on the contrary, the customer has his undivided attention and he solves their issues swiftly with ease and even a joyful attitude. And he educates the customer at the same time! Getting ready to go to Paris, I had purchased an iPhone 15 for over $1,000.00 elsewhere. When I went to this Verizon, Mike got me an iPhone 16, brand new release, for only $200 as I qualified for the $1000 rebate/turn in old phone. And I got a refund from the other place. In addition, he arranged the roaming while over seas and secured us better rates over all. RUN to Verizon West Hempstead to solve all your cell phone issues with zero stress, hassle or being fleeced. I stopped in to discuss my phone bill and an issue with my phone charging. Alex was so helpful. He was really personable and easy going to work with. I was able to sort out both of my issue that I came in for. Highly recommend this store, ask for Alex for great customer service!

Came in with this an error I had for over a month customer service couldn’t help kept telling me to refresh and wait 24 hours came in store angry Maribel got the error fixed in 15 minutes! Left the store in a better mood .. Good Energy in this store
