Still waiting for a phone call back on my 21 Jeep GCL. As a kid I built systems, when they were hiring didn’t want to talk to me, understandable they have a very good rep to uphold. Now that I have the money and own my own business to be able to afford a very good system I didn’t want to tackle it on my own. I went here. Still didn’t want anything to do with me pretty much put up a fight left and right, Not sure if they’re headed in a different direction or what. Call ahead for what you want. You’ll be greeted at the door by a sign asking you to call, not convinced there’s actually in the building to begin with. Also if you’re looking for window tints they don’t do that either, which is also very understanding due to the change in NYS inspection laws. They are still the best I just don’t know what’s going on…

I recently had a remote start installed on my car in January and , due to Covid, I had to make an appointment and drop off my car. I had no problem doing that , so I did . They quoted me a price and the price I was quoted was the price I payed and it was very reasonable. I told them that I wanted the same functions as my factory key fob and they did. My remote start works Great and it has Awesome Range! Their work is meticulous , and I'm very happy with their work. I had a remote start installed a few years back on my wife's previous car and it was the same quality service. Definitely would use them on future installations...

I've never actually had to use them because I went to get autostart on my new car (I knew it would be cheaper than paying for it at the dealership) but they called me immediately after dropping it off and said I already had it ?? I didn't even know but that was very honest of them. They could've just taken the money. Much respect

The 9 hour wait is because there is no way to schedule a visit from them when you do it thru the service.. this is not the first time I have gone thru this. There is a complete lack of communication between Hyundai and this "company" . No fault of the consumer. No business cards at the dealership. No information whatsoever. And I still don't like the "you were supposed to call me back" after I left him 3 voice mails. Or being accused of uninstalling the rear camera and turning it around. Or being brushed aside while talking to the "tech". Yes. Camera fixed. But software is crap. Place smells like you are in a box sanitizer wipes. Dirty.

I'm very disappointed I went to install remote start on my car the offered me just do in that same control of my car that signal so weak they never explained me that .not even an apology. I don't recomend this place..
