I brought a Valance curtain to Lendis Cleaners on Monday October 23rd. I specifically told her to Dry Clean it. The girl helping me agreed and gave me a receipt stating it would be ready on Thursday October 26th at 5 p.m. I went back on Friday October 27th at around 9 a.m. When I got there, the same girl who initially took the Valance, told me it was not ready. She at first asked if I could go back after 5 p.m. I stated that I couldn't. I said 11:30 that day would be better. So I went back at 11:30. The Valance was not Dry Cleaned, like I asked her to do initially, because the Valance was wrinkled and the cleaning instructions tag was washed out. If it was Dry Cleaned, the Valance would not have been wrinkled and the tag would not have been washed out. The cleaning instructions tag was perfect before I brought it there, leading me to believe she threw it in the washing machine, instead of Dry Cleaning it like I had originally told her to do. The cleaning instructions tag clearly stated to Dry Clean it only. I would NOT recommend this Cleaners to my closest enemy.

The lady at the service is so rude. Don’t go there. There re so many good laundries nearby. If you want to get insulted then you re more than welcome to go there. Thanks
