Being from out of town on vacation This establishment made my experience very pleasant. All the employees were welcoming, Helpful with positive energy every step of the way. Beware of Nissan of Westbury - go anywhere but here! The manager Yasser A*** is the definition of unprofessional! My 73 year old dad was told he could turn in his dodge truck and lease a Nissan - this was in -august of 2020. In January 2021 the dodge dealer calls my dad and says the car was just dropped off in their lot- 5 Months later!! My dad gets a bill for $1000 because of the extended time! We make a visit to Nissan and this manager seemed to know nothing and acted as if it was OUR problem! He then promises a check after admitting its their fault- my dad went back 3 times- now their story has changed - they aren’t responsible! Lawyers are our next move! Issue #2 I myself in august also bought out my Sentra lease - but needed to change the title over to my name instead of my husband’s- this requires waiting for a new title. September , October goes by- no title - I call - no one knows what happened - the salesman I worked with got fired - I have made no payments- I call 2 more times -no one knows where the title is. November - nothing. I finally get a frantic call from finance person months later saying - we need to take care of this and redo the paperwork!!! Crazy! Stay away - I will be returning my rogue to garden city- don’t trust them - lie right to your face!

****THE WORST EXPERICNE IVE EVER HAD IN A DEALERSHIP**** Contacted Westbury Nissan I saw a promo to test drive a '21 rogue get a 50$ gift card. I currently have a Rogue and lease up at the end of the year. JOE M called and I returned his call. I explained to him my car is not due til end of year and I am looking to pay around the same I pay for my current car. So I scheduled an appt. Got there 12:18PM. Was introduced to Jason (manager) and he then had me working w Dwayne. I explained to Dwayne the situation and I told him what I told Joe. I have xyz months left on lease looking to get those eaten up and looking to stay in my price range and I was firm everytime. I repeated myself multiple times. He went back and forth multiple times (as if i didn't tell him a certain price range) with high numbers. We agreed on a certain price and "down-payment" which Yasser (sales manager) was present. 2 hours later Dwayne tells me they still working on it. I then asked for bags to clean out my vehicle . I packed a few things in the bags provided. I finally finally got called to see financial advisor at 445pm. Charlie was very very nice nice explaining everything to me. We get the contract part read of all my info and before I signed it I said to Charlie I want to be VERY clear that they are buying back my months. He said I would have to speak to Dwayne and them up front. I said Dwayne told me I need to tell you bc I want something in writing it will be paid off. Charlie paged Wayne to come by the financial debt. He did not come. Charlie went up front and spoke to them. Then here comes Mr Happy Yasser. Telling me WE didn't not agree to this feel of buying back all these months. I said VERY VERY VERY clear to everyone I spoke to today thats what I am looking at. NOT once did anyone oppose to this. He said I didn't agree. He clearly does not give a damn about customers. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EVER EVER EXPERIENCED WITH NISSAN. IVE been with them since 2013 and my 4th Rogue. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ! There are other ways to speak to customers. You left me there embarrassed. Your own salesman even confirmed with me when I had left he told you from the beginning. DISGUSTED ON HOW YOU treated me after I sat there PATIENTLY. IF ya'll agreed to something then stick to it. Yasser was 200% notified of my deal. I went in knowing what I wanted and how much I can afford. They all agreed and i walked out ashamed hours later and back to my vehicle. This is NOT how customers should be treated. NOT one apology from anyone in this place. All Yasser cares about is himself. I do not know how he is in this industry of sales with zero customer service skills. Cigarette in his hands and a mask that barely fit his face. A bunch of lying sales men. ** needless to say some agents were not wearing their masks or wearing it incorrectly. Some sales people were not professional.

I went with my wife and my daughter and my one years old son to get a Nissan Rogue 2021 . Sales manager Yasser was so rude . First he lied to us and said that the desired car is available and after he took the down payment from us he said we do not have it you will get it sometime this week . When I told him I need the car today since you took money from me today he called another dealer to get the car . Let me wait for 2 hours in addition to the one hour we spend before . After the car came he came and said to me and my wife that you will not get the car today and he would love for us to cancel the deal and he was upset because I asked him why I cannot take the car today . ( what a great customer service! ) that after three hours in the dealer with my kids crying . I cancelled the deal and I will never go back again . They keep lying to pressure you for a deal and once they get your money they start treating you badly . I would love for this to be escalated and to speak with a higher level of management

This is by far the worst experience I have had with any car dealership. My daughter had a 2017 Nissan Sentra coming off of lease. She received several mailings to turn in her car early for discounts on a new vehicle. She went to Nissan of Westbury for a new Sentra. She picked out the vehicle and signed a contract on a Friday for a 3 year lease including the payoff of her current lease payments. She was to pick it up that Monday. When she called on Monday, after the run-around from several different salespeople and managers, she was told that the car was sold to someone else over the weekend. She was extremely disappointed, but was assured that they would get her that same car with the same or better deal and that they would "make up for the mistake". After a few weeks of calling back and forth, being left on hold endlessly, being hung up on, and being ignored, they finally came back and told us they had the same car. When we went to look at it, it was not the same car. The interior was completely different. We decided to take the car and were given the "same deal", or so we thought. When we went to pick up the car we dealt with the finance manager who tried to tack on extra fees causing an argument in the dealership. We finally took ownership and drove away saying we would never deal with this place again. Until we started to get a bill for $677 from Nissan Finance for the payments left on the past lease. When I contacted the dealership regarding them paying, they again gave me the run around for a month. They promise to call back, they leave you on hold, they ignore you. I finally heard back from Neal, one of the managers who told me that we "practically stole the car with the deal we got" so they weren't picking up the 2 months of lease payments. He didn't care that it was in the original lease agreement of the car they sold out from under us. When I contacted Nissan of North America they stated they would have a manager call me. I still have yet to hear from the manager they referred to as Kim. We are now in collection for the $677. Nissan of North America has now referred us to the Better Business Bureau which says a lot of this dealership. I leased another Nissan at the same time as this from ***** ***** ******. They are professional and delivered on their promises. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have also leased Nissans for the last 20 years and have not been treated so unprofessionally by any Nissan dealership until now.

Henry at Island Motor Leasing took great care of me. Not only did they find the exact Chevy Volt with the exact equipment I was looking for, Henry had it delivered to me. Love my Volt. Hello. I went to take my 2016 Murano for only oil change and tire rotation. My car was there since 1 pm and I only received one phone call telling me to change my tires that they are bold. First of all my tires are not bold. This service guy Carl is rude ignorant no manners and ready to fight with my husband. He needs to be re-educated. He stated to the manager that he told my husband over the phone that my car was ready. He lied. He never called and when I went to pick up my car he stands up ready to fight my husband. I will not be returning to this Nissan at all. They need to bring in good customer service. This is my fourth car from Nissan and as of right now they lost me and my friends as customers to ever go here again. It’s very sad how a man thought me as a woman would not respond to his comment “whatever” on the phone. Very very ignorant he was. When Sheldon was there it was great. He knew how to take care of customers. Now ignorant people like Carl work there that should not be there at all. My son will not be going to this Nissan either. Going to Nissan all these years I was never offered to have someone take me home. That’s not customer service.

Special thanks to Xavier for helping a family member with their car purchase. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He was prompt with returning calls, detailed with information, and even worked through the weekend to find the right car and finalize the paperwork so they could take delivery today after being without a car due to it breaking down. I would highly recommend this company and Xavier for any and all car buying needs. Keep up the great work.

Save your money and stay away from this place.. one of the salesman committed check fraud against me in the amount of $100,000. I would not trust this man to sell me a toe nail clipper, let alone a car. Plenty of honest people who sell cars in this country, just not this particular salesman. It is my opinion you take your business elsewhere. No stars for this place.
