They used to be the best. No more. I get bills when I've paid for my meds and do not owe any money. They don't deliver when they say they will. Idk what happened to them but they are not the same. It used to be the neighborhood pharmacy that knew us. Been using them for 25 plus years. Now they have no idea who we are. Like we're strangers.

I am starting a class action suit against Franklin Square Phamacy; mainly against "pharmacist" - Anthony Giordano. Has Anthony denied filling you prescriptions based on HIS opinion (not what Dr with excellent training has written on the script) or what you need, or made you jump through ridiculous hoops on how "he needed", only not to fill it. If you are like me, and have a disability - this is a violation of your ADA rights. Has he talked so load and angrily that others heard your business- violating your Hippa rights. I have personally see drugs given out and substituted without prescription. Since I am referring to control substances, the DEA and other pertinent agencies have all been contact. well. It's seems to FSF also already gotten bad press. And you can expect More - And Has he filled other prescriptions (controlled) weeks before an insurance company says it's ok?This Requires preauthorization from the dr and insurance company, which skip so they can collect the actual stock price of the drug versus the co-Pay price which is significantly higher. I have paid cash numerous times. Have you? Have you needed a medicine that compliance is necessary to be taken daily not had it filled for weeks? Let me know. Has he chased your from The store into the hallway like An angry teenager, cornered you, got in your face and tried to intimidate you, getting right in yours face and screaming and threatened you? He has me. Definitely not the was a professional behaves. Has he asked you to give a Medication back that you've had for days to a week when your doctor has already given you clear instructions on how to dispose of The medicine (and the doctor had told the pharmacy this is what he instructed you), then refuse to give you a new medication - completely new dose etc? . I also get prescriptions filled at CVS after hours, and see tremendous variations in protocol and was is "lawful"

RACIALLY PROFILED. Called beforehand for diabetic cough medicine for my grandfather. Got there 10 minutes before 8. The lady had an attitude as if she didn't even want to ring me up. She snatched my money super fast (maybe it's just me) bagged me up. The. Refused to give me the bag because she asked to see my ID. Mind you I paid cash. I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the red hat I had on. I asked her over and over again if she was serious as I left my ID in my car. I pulled my mask down then she let me have the medicine. Unbelievable, I will probably never come back here gain. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.

They have everything for home bound patients. Great brand of nitrile gloves. Clean store, helpful staff, returns are easy.

I had foot surgery last month so I needed to get a knee walker to be mobile. I rented one from my neighborhoodFRanklin Square Pharmacy. When asked how it operated the girl said to my wife that this is the brake and the seat can be raised. Approaching my home using this walker I turned and it collapsed sending me to the ground, thankfully, on my hands and knees and not on my new surgery. I called the pharmacy for help, and was told that the manager will call back, that was 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting. This appliance did not come with safety warnings or directions. I called a neighbor to come and adjust this thing so it was safe. The steering stop was not engaged and that was the reason for the collapse. This could have been avoided if it was properly inspected prior to issuing. After three weeks I returned it and asked again to speak with the manager.........he will call......still waiting. So much for friendly local merchants.

As we face uncertain times. Franklin square pharmacy seems to stay on top of essential items that cannot be found else where and in some box box stores. My girlfriend introduced me to this hidden gem. The service here is great and it is never overly crowded.

Franklin Square Pharmacy is wonderful! I have an allergy to a preservative found in a lot of medications and this pharmacy was able to make up a prescription for me without using the preservative. The pharmacist told me that it is not a problem for them because they mix compounds all day long--just like an old-fashioned pharmacy. Everyone who works here is very polite and helpful. Before leaving, I was able to stock up on some household items I needed. This is a fully stocked business which, aside from the excellent pharmacy, carries food, discount greeting cards, seasonal items, and much more. I'll definitely be back in the future.

A true neighborhood pharmacy that caters to their clients wholeheartedly. The quickest service on filling a prescription and every pharmacist is an accommodating, courteous and friendly person. Excellent retail selection and great prices. You never know what you will find here! I have shopped there since it's opening I think maybe 30 years ago. It is the best example of what a pharmacy should be. Love this place and all the wonderful people that work there!!!

I like the the fact that this is an independent pharmacy. My problem with this store is that they made me feel like a suspect. First, I thought it was because I was a new customer getting my prescription filled. The woman who asked the questions spoke like a D.A. Returning to the store after many months, immediately a young man working there asks "Can I help you?" Unsmiling, he treats you with suspicion (two separate occasions). I felt uncomfortable and will never go back. I don't like being treated like a potential criminal.

This pharmacy is the GREATEST! They have everything in this establishment. They have greeting cards, candy, a large selection of toys, household items, milk, bread, cookies, cakes, etc. Its also a mini market. They sell a large selection of surgical supplies and if they do not have it, they will order it for you. The ladies that work there are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to please. I recommend this pharmacy and would give them 10:stars if it were listed above. I also want you to know I live 3 towns away and shop here.

This is like your local family pharmacy of years past I wouldn't go anywhere else! Yes.. Sometimes they're busy. That's because they're the best and everyone living in Franklin Square knows this. The Pharmacists are always polite, patient and efficient. In 15 + years..I've never waited more than 10 minutes to fill my prescriptions. They help suggest the best otc medicine to soothe immediate problems. All of the staff goes above and beyond to help you. For mouthwash go to a big chain store For a personal.Pharmacist Go to Franklin Square Pharmacy!!!!! They even deliver week day afternoons If I could give 20 stars I would!!!! Always friendly and knowledgeable,nothing is to much trouble. Any problems I've had with insurance companies or Doctors they sorted out immediately for me. Can't recommend these guys enough, Family run atmosphere,none of that chain store feel.

This is my local pharmacy. Almost every time I've had a prescription sent here, they've had it ready before I even came in. The times they didn't, it was only a few minutes wait. Staff are also always polite, never had any issues.

The pharmacists at this pharmacy are very helpful. They are really fast too. They always fill my prescription in less than 15 minutes.
