I was very disappointed in FedEx today. They left a heavy package in front of the wrong apartment. I also had asked them to deliver it after 3:00. When I called to speak to a representative, she told me that it had been delivered at 12:50 when I was not at home. I had to drag the box back to my apartment. There was no apartment number on the shipping label after I had called on Sunday (the first time I called) to tell them my apartment number. My Sister in law and I did not receive any email or text to say the package had arrived. It was a gift from my sister in law to me. This was not a positive experience.

This review is about FedEx as a WHOLE. Every single time I have items shipped with fedex, these idiots screw up! These drivers get paid $20/hour and can't even read my address properly. They deliver my packages to the WRONG address EACH AND EVERY TIME! I'm pissed off because this happens EACH AND EVERY TIME a company uses fedex and they deliver to me! They ALWAYS deliver to the wrong address! The FedEx automated system is a piece of junk. They literally tell you, "if you do not receive your package by 8pm please give us a call in the morning" NO! I should NOT have to wait another whole day to receive my packages because your drivers are MORONS and don't know the difference between a 29 and a 9 on an address! When you finally get in touch with customer service and are able to speak with an actual person, they tell you that they can NOT call the drivers directly to tell them what the problem is. But they will "Investigate" the problem. They ask for your address, the color of your house, whether it's 1 or 2 stories, they ask for your phone number and email address. When you give them ALL that info they PROMISE they will call you, text you or email you back with the results of your misplaced packages. Again I should NOT have to wait an entire extra day to receive my packages! It should be taken care of the SAME DAY! FedEx needs to get with the program! FedEx NEEDS to be able to get in touch with their drivers ASAP in event of a problem! Not a day later. This is unacceptable! I have a few hundred dollars of goods SITTING in front of someone else's house right now! UNACCEPTABLE FEDEX!!!! My packages said it was delivered at 114pm exactly, I checked tracking and saw they were delivered around 230pm, called and actually got in touch with someone at fedex around 3pm. You people had MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to correct this situation! You had FIVE HOURS to remedy this situation and get your a** BACK HERE to pick up my packages from another address and deliver them to the proper one. But you FAILED. Now because of you idiots, my packages will be sitting outside ALL DAY in front of my home tomorrow in the hot sun until someone comes home. You people better hope NOTHING is damaged! The box better not be opened or destroyed. My goods better not be damaged. As a customer: I should NOT have to walk down the block to pick up my packages from the wrong address because you idiots delivered it there. The people who live at the WRONG address should NOT have to deliver my packages for you because you screwed up! I'm just so sick and tired of the incompetence of this company. This is billed as a Fedex Center, but they offer no ability to put things in boxes or fill out a label. You have to already have a Fedex box and label, because, of course, everyone has those lying around the house. You would think that a company designed to SEND PACKAGES would make it possible for someone with an item to send to SEND IT AS A PACKAGE. But no. It's just a glorified mailbox. The nearest actual Fedex is miles away in Westbury. And then try calling the phone number on their website. April Fool! It's a nationwide number that knows nothing about Franklin Square and is completely unable to help.
