For many of my purchases I’ve worked with Garth, who could not be more helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I have a small, old house with inconvenient dimensions, yet Garth has always managed to help me figure out a solution to my house’s limitations. “I recently flew in to New York from California to visit my mom. It was time to replace her air conditioner, so I called PC Richard. Carson Reid answered the phone.I told Carson that I would soon be returning to the west coast and that I had to take delivery of a quality air conditioner ASAP.Carson was friendly and professional, and he provided wonderful customer service. He was also painstakingly detail-oriented. After obtaining the voltage, dimensions and BTU of the wall/sleeve air conditioner we needed, he asked what kind of sleeve was in the wall of my mom’s apartment. I had no idea, so he went on to Google to check out my mom’s apartment building. From looking at a photo of the building (and its air conditioners), he was able to determine the kind of sleeve…incredible!I needed to have the air conditioner delivered within 2 days, and I had to clear the delivery with the management company of my mom’s co-op. The problem was that Carson would be off the following day — NO PROBLEM. Even though he was off the following day, Carson worked throughout that day with me and the management company in order to provide the paperwork that was necessary before management would permit the delivery.Thankfully, we received the air conditioner on time.I have never come face-to-face with Carson Reid as all of our interaction took place via phone and text messaging. However, you just HAVE to know that if I EVER need another appliance, I will seek him out.”

“My family went in to upgrade several phones as well as our cellular plan. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Darvin and Aqeel. These men were professional and kind. They made everything easy for my family. We managed to accomplish everything we went in to do, and left in a better place than we were in. I strongly recommend that if you have any cellular issues, go see Darvin and Aqeel, and you’ll walk away completely satisfied. This is the best cellular store I’ve ever been in.”
“Was my first time at this Verizon location & I cannot say enough good things about the service. I showed up the morning after taking a bad fall on the concrete & smashed my entire phone. Andy was amazing, helped get me set up with a new phone, even came out to my car (several times!) to help me reconnect with apple car play & to make sure I had the right charges, etc…He was amazing!! If you are in the area, def worth going to this Verizon location!!! Super efficient, courteous & helpful!! “Joseph took care of some technical issues that I had my screen was Gray and he brought the color back to it. He also helped me install a Spam blocker for Spam callers and he cleared out all my browsing history to get rid of all my pop-ups on my Samsung. Great guys here would never go anywhere else.”

She left with out purchasing anything - once we did online research and found that it was the same price at the store, we made sure to come back to Mr. Ali. “Len Harris was professional prompt and precise! I came here after years of shopping at PC Richard's. Had a horrible experience with them and came here to buy the same dryer. I bought it within minutes and Len Harris was able to deliver and install within days. They were even able to put the dryer vent through the window. “We purchased a MVP-600 Pump and had some problems getting it work. We called Tech service at EastHill Inst. We got the user and Seth R to talk and they avoid sending the Unit back from the UK. The support from EASTHILL Instrumentation and its Distributor was great! Highly recommended, they answer your calls even if they don't have what you are looking for. “Never had a problem myself but seen a few, robberies, arguments and unhappy customers. I don’t know if it’s because I’m local and frequent weekly but the evening staff is aces in my book. The amount of times I’ve seen people ask for the bathroom and not buy anything….. Honestly feel bad for the staff at times and I understand their reactions on some of these reviews because Iv seen people get savage with the insults when they say no. Its a business not a public restroom.”
